Orania is beautifully located, and has large sized comfortable rooms. The view from the room is spectacular. The caretakers at this property ( Siddiqui ji and his son, Inaam) will go an extra mile to make you feel at home. Of particular notice is that the property is elder- friendly. The bathing area and staircase have support installed. The beds are super comfortable. The food here is yummy too. The owner, Attah Goroo pays attention to your need and responds to all queries. My mother and I loved the place and will come back here again.

if you have plans to visit Srinagar and looking for a best stay with family like warmth and excellent hospitality with very good rooms and services the orania is the place we were overwhelmed by the amazing hospitality. It was a comfortable stay. The host is really good. Hospitality is excellent. Though it is just 1 1/2 km from lake, the road is uphill and narrow. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good. All systems are working well. Highly recommended.

Stayed her on a friend's recommendation. It was the perfect match! Conveniently located from the city centre yet allows one to have a relaxing and quite time if needed. The rooms are cozy and well furnished. The bathrooms are modern and immaculate. Thee valley view from the room was a big plus. The caretakers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Even managed to book me a quick tour of the city when my original plans got cancelled at the very last minute. Had a wonderful time and would definitely book again.

I stayed at Orania for 3 nights. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The best thing I liked about was the view from the room, beautiful dal lake. Nishat garden is 10 min walk. Local Food was good, a must try. Mr Shafi is a great host and recommended some major attractions and how to plan about. Overall it was a great stay , beds are comfy , room are quite spacious. Clean washrooms , care taker Sadiq was helpful. I would definitely recommend.
