Had the misfortune of booking and staying at this hotel. Service standards don't exist at all. Guess a night shelter will have better service standards!! 1. My experience started immediately after checking in late in the evening...blaring music, loud guests abusing in the rooms. Upon requesting for a room change, the front office manager had the audacity to say 'music sound is not too loud' and can't control how people speak...really at 2330hrs in the night!! 2. AC switches off at 0130hrs. The housekeeping team is sent to my room to fix the problem. They too were doing the same that I had tried...hit and trial!! The guy couldn't but it started working after I 'hit' the switch. Surprisingly there was no one from the maintenance or engineering team. 3. Cut to day 2...request for a packed breakfast as I had to leave for a morning event with my daughter. Comes a cut and dry response...'our management does not permit us to pack breakfast'. All I had asked for was the sandwiches and fruits to be packed in a box which were anyway there on the buffet. 4. Come back to the room in the evening...call housekeeping for some towels and water bottles...it's been an hour and counting. Have called the front office thrice for this request. 5. I finally get the towel after an hour and a half that too after threatening the hotel. 6. Now I am told that I need to call room service for them to place water in my room as it's not housekeeping's job. Really...is this their customer service?? Never again will I come here and stay and strictly recommend others too to AVOID this hotel.
