더 브랜디드 카프 B&B(The Branded Calf Bed & Breakfast)

Stopped overnight at this quiet rural spot. Typical American home, large en suite bedroom good sized bed, with ceiling fan which was definitely needed due to the heat! Plenty of storage for a longer stay. We could watch hummingbirds from our window!! Our hostess Connie was a delight, a mine of information, helpful and friendly. Her breakfast tortilla was to die for!! If you enjoy the quiet life you’ll love this rural idyl with its horses grassland and Australian Shepherds- we were lucky enough to meet the puppies!! My only ****** was the lack of A/C as it was very hot, but apart from that it was a great stopover. I’d live there if I could!!

Great location, clean and very welcoming host. Loved the humming birds and the dogs. Food was great and Connie helped me plan my day trips into 3 parks. I will stay here when back in the area.

This is a traditional B&B and it was a great experience. Connie is a very nice host. The breakfast was traditional family style breakfast which is delicious! We are hoping to go back again when we visit Sequoia/Kings Canyon.

Connie is an awesome host! The room is huge and all on one floor, no steps anywhere! The four of us were only there one night and we wish we could have stayed longer. Connie is full of information and offers great conversation. The Humming birds are a great addition to the place. It was our stay while doing King Canyon and Sequoia's. If we are every back in the area this would be the place we would choose to stay!

Connie is a wonderful hostess! She makes a delicious breakfast every morning. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. She has a lot of knowledge about the parks and helped us decide on which trails to check out. Staying at the Branded Calf is like staying with family.

We were made to feel like this was our home. The hostess was friendly and fixed a delicious breakfast for all her guests. Outside were many hummingbird feeders with birds visiting all day. There were also friendly dogs to interact with. This is a perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Sequoia, Kings Canyon, area. Project Survival Cat Haven is also minutes away.

Very nice place. We stopped there on our way to Sequoia National Park and it's very convenient to reach the park from here. The breakfast was excellent and we were welcomed like premium guests ! The room was large enough for 4 people and m'y kids loved to play with the dogs and the puppies. Great place to stay at

We really enjoyed our stay at The Branded Calf. Connie is a wonderful host and her breakfasts are delicious! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were made to feel at home. The area is beautiful and there’s very easy access to Kings Canyon, about 30 minutes drive away. We loved meeting the other guests at the breakfast table and making a fuss of Connie’s dogs Jeff, and Missy, who had some adorable puppies. Another highlight was the humming birds on the back patio; absolutely fascinating! Thanks for an unforgettable stay Connie

Connie your hostess is very accommodating to your needs. You are in a great location to get into and out of either Kings Canyon or Sequoia National Parks. Clean, comfortable quarters (5 rooms in total). Breakfast was great but conversation even better! Connie rocks!
