Problem with the staff, our key was not working the day after check in and once we alerted about the issue to front desk my husband got denied in being helped to get a replacement card, we let him know our kids are asleep inside the room that’s when he decided to help. Instead of sending maintenance to fix it while we were all gone I had to wait inside my room for an hour to have it fixed, thus making me late to a planned meeting. Manager said she was going to discount me for the inconvenience and that did not happen. Don’t waste your time here.
