I checked in and was not recognized as a Rewards Member, I asked for upgrade and the front desk agent looked at me like I was crazy. The room was not very clean. I checked out at 11pm. The smell of **** that was coming into my room was terrible I had my 4-year-old daughter with me I even tried to put a towel under the door, the noise coming from the room sounded like a party. I called down to the front desk and no answer when I went down the front desk agent was on her phone. I checked out she rolled her eyes at me, and I was in no mood to argue. Very disappointed I tried to call customer care and I was told to call om Monday. I called and still trying to get my points back and my money. I have been a member for a long time. Never got a call from the GM like I was told .

On our way to FL looking for a good place to stay and unfortunately the hotels we wanted were all booked for the night. I went by the good reviews I saw here and booked this hotel which stated that was in Fayetteville. I thought it would be right off of 95, but instead it took us through some half dead and shady town for 15 min before we arrived to the hotel. I'm sure where to even begin explaining the experience we had, but to start with some positives...the front desk gentleman was polite and friendly and the pillow was comfortable. Sadly everything else was a disappointment. The stained sheets and towels, the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen, the hallways reeked of **** and the worst part was the rowdy guests that woke us up at 1am and were slamming doors, arguing, laughing, etc. I couldn't wait to get put of there with my family and was very concerned being there with my children. How can anyone recommend a place like this?? Sorry, but that's a big NO from me. Better planning next time for sure! :-(

Upon opening the door I noticed a dead waterbug/cockroach on the floor. I asked the staff member at the desk for a different room. I was given a diffrent room and upon walking in I looked up and there was a very large waterbug/cockroach on the wall. I informed the staff memeber and did not stay. I emailed the general manager Tonia Begley for refund and this was her reponses: Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your recent stay at our hotel. It is disappointing that you experienced a dead bug at check in, we did recently have the hotel treated by pest control. I will not be able to process a refund as water bugs are very common in North Carolina thou we do not welcome them I completely understand your level of discomfort. Should you require a future stay at this location I can certainly look at providing a discount on future stay. Thank you for your understanding of our position regarding this matter and hope to see you again in the future.

During our family vacation we got helped and looked out after Tori! She went out of her way to make sure my kids got to enjoy fireworks during the Fourth of July! Due to the pool not being able to be used. She always made sure we had everything we needed paper plates, utensil, toilet paper etc. Thank you Tori for making our family vacation easier and less stressful!

Mrs. Linda made check in a breeze and was very helpful on the rewards program. She greeted me with a smile and good ol’ southern hospitality!! Tori had breakfast still out and even made a cup of waffle mix, when she saw the container was empty. Very close to base entry. Definitely recommend staying when visiting Ft Bragg.

Country Inn & Suites in Fayetteville is by all mean a small slice of paradise. The rooms are maintained to a high standard and quiet. The staff are especially nice and eager to help and understanding, looking to fix any issues one might have, as someone who travelled internationally they were respectful and helped me. Linda is an especially lovely employee. The hotels location is within walking distance of many restaurants with a wide variety of styles that anyone might want, or by simply going next door there is a cheap and good waffle house. It has been a wondeful experience and I'm glad to be a member of the Radisson family.
