We paid in advance for the room. On the hotel check in policy the hotel on fine print stated that we can check in latest by 6 am the following day. At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible.

Location was perfect for an early morning hospital appointment. The building itself is super cute inside, great continental breakfast, and friendly staff. Parking is a little tight, but it does look like there’s an underground parking garage if needed.

The biggest problem I had was that they had 3 different vending machines as well as only took quarters for the laundry but had no atms on the property. I had to go to the gas station across the street to get cash back and then ask the front desk for quarters. I told the man working at the front desk that the atm took my money and he said it was out of his control which is weird considering it’s on the property and you could put a sign saying it’s not working.

The room was fine there’s no room service I stayed for a whole week. Front desk help was Soso. They didn’t offer any water or even have any to sell in the lobby.

The building may look a little outdated from the outside, but once you step inside, the renovations are nice and comfortable. They also provide a variety of breakfast items, including pancakes, and waffles..

it noted free breakfast but be aware it's continental breakfast so possibly a bagel possibly a waffle no eggs nothing really warm

Alexa was very helpful, and came and removed the dirty towels and big gob of hair that was in our tub on arrival. The area was a little sketchy with homeless people hanging around in the lobby and at breakfast. No tea or cups or napkins at breakfast, the duty lady found cups. Rest of the hotel was clean and modern.

Rundown area of town. Lots of homeless people around. Made you concerned for your vehicle. Older hotel made up with lipstick. The so-called breakfast included. I would not call breakfast. We ended up going across the road for a better meal. Towels in the room were dirty. The floor needed to be cleaned better. Good thing it was only one night.
