I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. While the initial condition of the room was acceptable, my experience took a negative turn on the second night when the hot water was not functioning properly, forcing me to endure a cold shower.
Upon realizing the issue, I promptly contacted the property owner for assistance. However, I was deeply disappointed to receive absolutely no response until the following day. This lack of communication and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction was surprising and disheartening. The complete absence of accountability or any attempt to address the inconvenience left me feeling extremely frustrated and let down.
Frankly, I am appalled by observing no desire to achieve customer satisfaction. If it were possible, I would rate the hotel with zero stars for this experience.
