구시가지와 가까운 위치. 서비스는 실제로 없었습니다. 오후 8시 체크인은 본인 체크인으로만 가능했고, 체크아웃도 독립적으로 진행됐다. 여행가방을 보관할 수 있다는 점은 긍정적인 점입니다. 리셉션에 정수기가 있었지만 비어 있었습니다.

아주 좋은 침구가 있는 깨끗한 방. 훌륭한 위치 - 공항 셔틀에서 도보로 약 10분 거리이며 구시가지 바로 옆에 있습니다. 안타깝게도 체크인 절차가 쉽지 않았습니다. 우리가 오후 3시쯤 도착했을 때 아무도 거기에 없었다. 문에 전화번호와 이메일 주소가 있었지만 로컬 SIM 카드가 없으면 호스트와 연락할 수 없었습니다. 마지막으로 로컬 심을 구하고 호스트에게 전화를 걸면 그들이 우리를 들여보냈습니다. 또한 편의 시설에 대한 설명도 정확하지 않습니다. 우리는 5번 방에 머물렀고 목록에 광고된 것과는 달리 책상, 주전자 또는 물병이 없었습니다.

Besides the room being a bit tight size wise this was a great stay. We were able to drop bags at 8am after getting off an overnight ferry, then check in later. The reception and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was great, port and bus/train station 3 mins one way and the old town 3 mins the other. There was a small fridge and kettle which was ideal for easy breakfasts with a number of supermarkets within a few mins. The room was also quiet and dark. All very modern and well appointed, the bathroom was very clean. Only issue was the tv remote batteries were flat, but we weren't there to watch tv.

After having a booking with an alternative apartment cancelled by the hosts at last minute (2 weeks before travelling to Split!!) we had to frantically search for new accommodation, and I’m so glad we stumbled across Central Pearl! The name certainly reflects how we felt about this place. Before travelling, the hosts contacted us to ask if we needed a transfer from the airport (which we declined) and what time we would be arriving. First off, the location was absolutely perfect; only a 5 minute walk from the Riva, Diocletian’s Palace and the Bus Station, and about a 15 minute walk to Bačvice Beach. There was also a convenience store at the end of the street which was super handy! When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff (unfortunately we didn’t catch her name) who gave us a business card with the code to enter the building and a phone number to call if we needed anything. We didn’t actually see any other members of staff after this until we checked out, but our rooms were made up everyday by housekeepers. The rooms are not the largest, but certainly not cramped at all and absolutely spotless, as well as being very tastefully decorated. We were also very impressed with the bathroom (again, spotless), which had a walk in rainfall shower as well as a detachable shower head, both of which were very powerful. There was also a mini fridge and hairdryer provided, as well as a very effective air con. The TV did not have any signal from the aerial but Netflix was available and logged in ready to use (not sure if this was left logged in by previous guests or the hosts). The only downside to this accommodation is the noise from the road outside, as it is situated on the main road down to the Riva/bus station/port and is very busy at all times of day/night. Unfortunately even with the windows closed it was still very loud, but in fairness to Central Pearl they provided ear plugs for both of us to use which were very effective at blocking the noise out so we still slept well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Central Pearl and would happily come back again without any hesitation, as well as recommending it to everyone!

Estuvimos con mi esposa e hija alojados en dos habitaciones durante 4 noches. Las instalaciones colmaron nuestras expectativas. Check in a primera hora y check out pudiendo dejar las valijas en un lugar común fuera de las habitaciones. Yerka, la encargada, estuvo siempre a disposición para nuestras consultas, además de hablar perfecto español. Muy buenos amenities para reemplazar al desayuno (café, te, jarra) y algunas bebidas. Limpieza y ubicación impecables (cerca de todo). Sumamente recomendable.
