Lovely hotel / staff no complain Using Uber or bolt from airport only 25 euro or 30

Very friendly service and excelent breakfast. With Uber is only 5 minutes to city center. Pool was cold and steam room did not work. Nice hotel however I would recommend to hire a designer to update the decoration it is very old and not elegant. Othervise I would recommend the hotel ! The shampoo and soap they put in the room are very good

When I decided to visit in Split Croatia, I did not know where to stay, so picked this particular property simply because of so many positive reviews I read online. I’m happy to say they live up to their reputation. The hotel is beautiful and the location is far enough away from all of the activity for it to be quiet, however close enough that you can walk to pretty much everything. Walkin to town takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and the community is beautiful. I will say this to anyone who stays here; make sure you are in good shape because there are a lot of hills and stairs coming and going to the beach and to the town. But you will get your cardio in! The staff was very friendly and everyone spoke English. The rooms were beautiful and the front desk staff was very knowledgeable about everything that was happening around the community, including the best restaurants to go. I noticed there was plenty of parking available, however I did not bother renting a car. I used Uber 99% of the time, and since nothing is too far away from anything else, the Uber rides were very cheap. Literally the most expensive Uber ride I had was to and from the airport(which was about a half an hour away with an Uber cost of about $35). The free breakfast was delicious. Overall an excellent stay.

Our room with balcony was great. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. The dining ambience around the pool was nice. There could have been more options on the dinner menu especially vegetarian. We would certainly stay there again

The staff was very attentive and pleasant. They went out of their way to help. Iván was especially nice and very pleasant to speak with.

Staffs are great and our room have a sea view from the balcony, too. You can have dinner in the hotel restaurant just next to the swimming pool. A**osphere is good and food/price is average. We booked the hotel transportation (hotel van) to airport for 450 kuno at 11:30am. We saw the hotel van arrived at 11:18am from our balcony but the driver drove away immediately after he talked with the staff inside the lobby. We wait in the lobby until 11:30am and the staff told us that they will order a taxi to drive us to the airport. The taxi came after 5 minutes and we did not have any delay. The question is we paid 450 for the hotel van but the taxi fee was only 370 (as shown on the taxi meter). Hope the hotel can improve their transportation arrangement and all other are good.

Looking at other reviews we didn't have the same experience. As a 4 * hotel there was not daily housekeeping, when I rang reception was told it was second daily, on arrival toilet paper not on holder,bathroom door didnt shut and half empty bottles of toiletries. Asked for black tea as only 2 satchets of fruit tea, coffee not replenished after we drank it. Other reviews rated the staff as friendly and wonderful but little help in what was around the area. My friend asked for directions to the look out and was just told up there!! Normally reception staff would ask questions to see if you knew where to go and how to get there, none of this. Maybe we had a different experience but was disappointed as the hotel before was 3* housekeeping daily and friendly

My stay at Cvita Hotel in Split was great. The hotel is very nice and 15 minutes walk from the Old Town of Split. The room was nice and clean and the pool area at the hotel was inviting. The hotel had an a**osphere of modernity and wellbeing.
