Clean, peaceful and comfortable apar**ents with pool in garden. Close walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, restaurants. Excellent wifi. Excellent value for money. Amazing service. Would certainly recommend.

A very warm welcome by Sandra and her family in a spacious and comfortable apar**ent, slightly out of the way of the lively center of Split (car/Uber needed to get there quickly). The apar**ent is spacious, comfortably furnished (small care products in the bathroom), well maintained and clean. Sandra is caring, kind and always ready to help us. The swimming pool, in a beautiful garden full of fruits and vegetables, is very pleasant in these hot weather. We recommend this apar**ent and it was a real pleasure. I had a wonderful holiday here in Split. It was made all the better with having a truly great place to stay at apar**ent song. The owner, Sandra , was very helpful, friendly and hospitable and checked to ensure I had everything I needed and was very kind and would make me a cappuccino in the morning and provide home grown figs and other fruit and home made cake. The pool area was both quiet and relaxing and a lovely retreat away from the city. Towels and sun cream was even provided. My apar**ent had all the essentials and Sandra had even provided some basic snacks and drinks on arrival. The room would also be cleaned during my stay it I wanted and something I wasn’t expecting for an apar**ent. Although I was initially apprehensive about the distance of the apar**ent from the old town - the buses are fairly regular and simple to use and take you to the old town in around 10 mins. The value of the apar**ent made this worth it. Also the beach is nearby and quite nice and there are plenty of shops, some takeaways and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for two nights in a cosy and very homey apar**ent. It had everything we needed. A beautiful garden around the pool with many different fruit trees. Sandra, the host, takes such good care of her guests. She brought us watermelon and cappuccinos. She’s a lovely soul. Can definitely recommend.

FR : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, Sandra est une hôte adorable et toujours disponible lorsque j’en avais besoin. La chambre avec vue sur mer est spacieuse, la climatisation est un plus car en Juin, il fait vraiment chaud à Split ! La piscine en rentrant d’excursion fait plaisir, Sandra fournit même la crème solaire ainsi que les serviettes, tout est à disposition. Il y a un Lidl à 5 minutes à pieds, Znjan beach pas très loin, et des bus qui permettent de rejoindre le centre ville. Personnellement, nous avons utilisé Uber pendant tout le séjour, le prix revient quasiment au même que le bus. Je recommande totalement ! EN : We had a great stay in this apar**ent. Sandra was a great host, always available when I needed help. The room with sea view is spacious, the air conditioner is a plus since it’s really hot outside in June ! It’s nice to have a swimming after a long day of walking. There are towels and sunscreen in self service. There is a Lidl / supermarket at 5mn by walk, Znjan beach not so far and buses to go to the center of Split. I, personaly, used Uber during my whole trip, it was really cheap. I totally recommend staying here !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont propres, une architecture moderne. La piscine est agréable et toujours propre rien à dire je recommande à 100%. La wifi fonctionne très bien et les propriétaires de l’hôtel sont très accueillants et souriantes. N’hésitez surtout pas à réserver. Proche de toute les commodités.
