도착하자마자 예약한 방을 사용할 수 없는 것이 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 여행은 나뿐이었기 때문에 방을 조정하는 데 문제가 없다고 생각했습니다. 퀸사이즈 침대 2개로 마무리. 밤이라고 부를 준비를 하고 시트를 들어올려 보니 엄청난 노란색 얼룩이 발견되었습니다. 시트 교체 요청했는데 3일 걸렸습니다. 분명히 내가 대화를 나눈 사람들은 지속적으로 메시지를 전달하지 못했습니다. 유일한 좋은 점은 내가 방에 거의 없었다는 것입니다. 4일 밤 그들은 마침내 청소팀을 보내 시트를 교체했습니다.

이 호텔의 냄새는 참을 수 없었습니다. 하수구 냄새가 났어요 🤷🏽‍♀️ 방에 있는 커피가 더 크리머가 필요한 것 외에는 다른 문제가 없었습니다.

고속도로 I-80과 가까워 소음이 커서 수면의 질에 영향을 미치고 시설이 비교적 노후되었으며 커피 머신이 깨끗하지 않습니다.

더 이상 요구할 수 없습니다. 굉장한 경험.

The AC in the room was making a lot of noise. There was no cleaning/service to my room for 5 days. The attendant who checked me in did not tell me I had to call in for cleaning services daily. He did not accept my AARP card.The toilet was leaking water on the floor on the bathroom

There was a bug on the bed so I left we didn’t stay there. They hotel did refund the resort fee, offered another room but if one has bugs I’m not staying.

Rooms were hot. Tried to call front desk many times through out the day never answered

I have stayed here before, and it is convenient based on where my son lives. For food, I suggest Rosie’s in the ****** or across the street to Chuy’s Mexican and Great Basin Brewery. The pool and gym are nice with views. I stayed on the side of the train yard this time, which was pretty cool (not disruptive). Hanging out in the lobby is fine if not ********. Seems many regulars go here. So many summer events on the schedule nearby. Attended the Dragon Lights near UNR (really pretty park), and explored the Wild Waterpark. Uber was easy, but convenirnce stores require a ride. Very scenic drive to Virginia City. Thx for upgrade.

Very bad service in front desk Room was not clean I will not go there again ever

I did not eat food there they charge me more than the amount that you told me i was remaining apart from the $100 dollars that I would get back after I check out no one came to clean the room I of to call for clean towels etc

Loved our stay there.

The guy who handled my check out and the other lady were somewhat unaccommodating. We were a bit in a hurry to ride in a shuttle service but since the shuttle will be late in 30 minutes, we decided to go back in our room but we were not allowed with an angry 😡 faces.

Beds were comfortable and room clean, didn’t like the fact they we had to let the front lobby we needed room service or clean towels.

The room was great. Clean and comfortable, this was the best room I've stayed in for years, and im a well seasoned traveler.
