I was looking forward to my stay here but there were a few little things that weren't quite right I thought that could have improved our stay. Firstly, it's expensive - for a simple twin room (with a discount) was EUR 159, per night. For this price, things need to be good. Firstly, the negatives: I was told that the mini bar was included in the price, which was great - however the contents (on both days) consisted of two small bottles of water (one fizzy, one still) and a carton of orange juice. Also, I asked about the track as I was interested in visiting - however, they weren't able to provide any information about access whatsoever. Considering the majority of their customers are most likely there for the circuit, this was a bit disappointing. Charging EUR10 for simply parking your car underground is quite expensive imo. The positivies: The location is perfect for the track. The wifi was good and the room was clean. The staff behind the bar were very friendly. Breakfast was included - and was nice Conclusion (and tips): The negatives are so small it makes them even more frustrating - you can't include a mini bar and just stock it with water and an orange juice, surely? Either don't say it's included it in the price or stock it properly. Get some knowledge about the main reason people stay at your hotel (the track) so you can help with customer queries. You sell merchandise that's related to it, so you should also be able to answer simple questions about it. At the price they charge, you would expect a little more. If the hotel was a 3-star and maybe EUR50/night cheaper then the review would have been a better one. I would definitely go back, despite the above - but only if there wasn't an airbnb locally.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this beautiful (newer built) well kempt 90 room hotel . . . and it’s less than a five (5) minute walk to the track !!! The hotel is immaculate and the rooms/bathrooms are very clean, not to mention very quiet in this non-smoking hotel. Everything you would desire in your room . . . from black-out blinds, refrigerator, safe, mini bar, coffee maker, desk, etc. The entire staff (including the kind and attentive manager) were very accommodating, spoke great English and all went above and beyond in ensuring you enjoyed your visit/stay with them. The hotel has high-speed Internet/Wi-Fi, a business center, pool table, a gym, laundry service . . . and as a side note, the area has fantastic cellular phone coverage/reception. A full bar, great restaurant and a nice breakfast buffet with all that you would want/desire to get your day started. If that wasn’t enough, they also have secured parking under the hotel. Reserve your room, before it’s too late!

The most peaceful relaxing hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they go beyond expectations whilst still smiling. Great breakfast and perfect location if you want to go the Spa racing curcuit.

Stayed for proximity to Spa Francochamp race track as we participated in 24h race weekend On Sunday morning when hotel is packed with families and racing teams there was no breakfast staff or service or food, literally 8:30 to 9:30 there was 1 person waiting to empty buffet and dozens of people… wondering what and when they might get a bite to eat No apologies, no sense of urgency, just a “French (or Belgian I guess) shrug” attitude! After 40min waiting and no breakfast or staff in sight I had to check out to take my shift in the race Hotels like this should not be in hospitality business And surely not claim 4 star service Useless Waste of time and money B&b would do a better job!

This hotel and it's staff are absolutely fantastic. From the moment you come to the moment you leave the staff are professional, courteous and friendly. The restaurant is good (if a little expensive) and the whole hotel has a great ambiance. I've stayed here evr since the hotel opened and will keep coming back when I visit the Spa race track.

Geen 4 sterren waardig! We zijn net terug van dit hotel. Gisteren ingecheckt om 15u. We wouden kort nadien iets drinken in de bar… kregen we te horen dat dat niet ging daar er geen personeel was om te bar te bedienen en er pas iemand zou zijn vanaf 18u!! Voor het avond eten kregen we de vraag of we in het restaurant wouden eten want er was maar 1 kok aanwezig… we wouden eten om 18u maar dat ging niet, mochten pas vanaf 18u30 eten. De menukaart was beperkt en zelfs het speciale menu was prijzig zeker als je als niet viseter de helft van de gangen moest laten passeren. We hebben zelfs uiteindelijk besloten om 18km verder de rijden naar Verviers en hebben daar genoten van een heerlijk diner in Van der Valk! We waren terug rond 20u30 en dachten dan toch nog even gebruik te maken van de fitness en te genieten van de welness’. Fitness was basic, niets speciaals. Maar het werkte. De sauna was klein, maar wel warm, maar als je water op de kolen goot, kwam er zeer stinkende geur je neus binnen. Het was 22u30 en we hadden nog zin om iets te drinken gaan halen in de bar. Jammer genoeg ging dat niet daar de bar al dicht was. Morgens tijdig opgestaan om zeker te zijn dat we nog iets zouden kunnen ontbijten daar we ondertussen al gelezen hadden dat je soms al tegen 8u30 niets meer kon verkrijgen. Dat was gelukkig niet het geval, maar vrolijk werd je niet van het ontbijt. Alles wat niet in potjes zit, lijkt er al uren te liggen. Ziet er verdroogd uit, smaakt droog. Ik had zin in een gekookt eitje…bleek dat ik dat zelf nog moest koken met een koker. Sorry maar daar zit je niet op te wachten. Niets wordt gekoeld of ze houden het warm met 6 theelichtjes! Mocht je hier de voedselinspectie op afsturen, ze zouden al het eten gewoon weg doen. De ober bij het ontbijt deed niets. Buiten vervelend hoesten. En toen we haar passeerde om terug naar de kamer te gaan was ze aan het gamen op de computer. We hebben aan de receptie ons ongenoegen geuit.. maar de reactie die we kregen was alleen maar: sorry. Op het feit dat we niets konden drinken in de bar kregen we als antwoord: er staat toch drinken in jullie minibar op de kamer. Ja en wat zit daar in: 1 flesje plat water, 1 flesje bruiswater en een brikje fruitsap. Op vlak van personeel kregen we het antwoord dat het een jobstudente was die er helemaal alleen voor stond en hard moest werken… en dat ze onderbemand waren wegens ziekte.

Das Zimmer war ganz ok, das darf man aber auch erwarten bei dem aufgerufenen Preis. Das Bad hatte weder Fenster noch Lüftung. Zimmerservice war erst am späten Nachmittag. Frühstück gab es auch am Wochenende nur bis 10 Uhr, das ist knapp bemessen. Oder gab es theoretisch bis um 10 Uhr, denn schon um halb zehn war fast alles abgräumt.
