We arrived early and we were warmly welcomed by our host. The place was warm and welcoming and we had a lovely first floor room. Although we didn't have anything from the mini bar the prices were very reasonable. We were asked to order breakfast the night before via text and book our time, lovely selection on offer and very tasty. A couple of different options locally for food, we recommend the Sunset Bar, a pleasant little Italian restaurant a few minutes away, the smell when we entered confirmed we had made a good choice. If we are ever in the area we will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The best B&B we have stayed in. We love this place so much. Teresa and Neil are lovely, the rooms are glorious and the breakfasts are delicious. We stay here every time we visit the area. Would highly recommend.

This is such a beautiful piece to stay the host is so happy to help in anyway I would recommend this guest house to anyone and would recommend fish and tacos lovely food and looking over the sea views

Our room was fantastic, a Beautiful King size bed everything you could ask for was in the room, unfortunately we were only staying the one night, We were greeted as though we would were staying for a month. Teresa & Neil were the perfect hosts.

Fantastic location brilliant service and beautiful rooms. Stayed here for 2 nights neil and teresa were outstanding hosts . Everything you could think of was in our room . Breakfast was delicious, our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea

Teresa, the host, made us feel so welcome as we arrived at the Guesthouse, ensuring we know everything from where we are staying to the local area. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice with added extra snacks in the room. The breakfast was lovely, we truly thought this is the best B&B in Southend and would not hesitate to go back there. Lovely room, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee, mince pies for Christmas. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We will certainly return when we get the chance.

Suenos Guest house is like a small boutique hotel. Beautifully positioned, beautifully curated and with a welcoming host. For breakfast, I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs whilst listening to soft music, gazing out over the estuary - a sublime start to my day. I went pre Xmas so the beautifully decorated Xmas tree in the dining room/lounge put me in the festive mood.

Will always stay at the Suenos Guesthouse when we come to Southend. First class, luxurious, accommodation, in a perfect location right on the seafront. Teresa & Neil go above & beyond making you feel welcome & have thought of everything that you could need for your stay with them. Would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking to feel that little bit spoilt! but at a very reasonable price. The breakfast is the best I've had, with local produce used to support the community. Gets booked up quickly as once been, you will always return. I will be booking again shortly.
