호텔 셀레이텐

Waren nunmehr zum vierten Mal im Hotel Seeleiten. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden. Doch nach dem Umbau ist es noch schöner als zuvor. Der Service und das Essen ist traumhaft. Der neue Pool (adults only) und der SPA ist ein Traum. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Struttura bella ma il garden è da tenere più pulito sopratutto i lettini e materasso a bordo della piscina del laghetto artificiale. Camera bella ma molto rumorosa. Nota molto dolente è sul ristorante non alle aspettative di un 5 stelle ma sembra la cucina di un 3/4 stelle ma sicuramente non un 5 stelle. Ieri sera a cena ho chiesto ad un cameriere due calici di rose' lagrein e mi porta due calici di rose' caldo assaggiamo io e la mia ragazza e diciamo che era orribile berlo caldo e chiamo il cameriere per farmi portare un rose' freddo dopo un po' fortunatamente me lo porta ed era buonissimo, ma stamattina nel check out mi sono trovato a pagare anche i calici di rose' caldi che avevamo assaggiato. Cosa assolutamente da non fare se non vuoi perdere la clientela. Un altra nota dolente che dopo pranzo oggi avevo pagato il conto e non basso come conto e abbiamo preso due caffè e prima di lasciare hotel sono andato in reception per dire che dovevo pagare due caffè e invece di dirmi che offrivano loro perché avevo già pagato mi hanno fatto pagare due caffè a 4.40 euro. Che poi di caffè non sapevano, sicuramente era acqua macchiata. Cmq per me non è un 5 stelle ma sicuramente può essere classificato come un 4 stelle ma devo migliorare pulizia e ristorazione. Penso di non ritornare.

The best hotel I’ve been fortunate enough to stay in. The staff exude warmth and professionalism, the pools are lovely and the food is out of this world. My only regret was that we didn’t know there was a trousers dress code for dinner and my husband had not brought any with him. No one said anything or made us feel uncomfortable but he would have been happy to oblige if we’d known in advance.

Disappointing Experience The hotel initially looked nice and seemed like a good place for our stay. However, our experience turned out to be quite disappointing. On the first night, we were seated in a very claustrophobic area filled with toddlers for dinner. This was because it was the designated section for children, but our son, who is over 15, was accompanying us. The food quality was also very poor, which added to our dissatisfaction. The next day, we requested to have our dinner at a table outside, as the weather was lovely, or at least in a more pleasant area where we could enjoy our holiday meal. Unfortunately, the waiter told us that we could not change our table because it was our "dedicated table" and no other place was possible. I expressed my frustration, saying I couldn’t imagine spending my evening in such an unpleasant and annoying corner, but the response remained a firm no. Ultimately, I informed them that we would go out for dinner elsewhere, to which they simply replied, "Yes, that is your choice." So, we ended up dining outside the hotel and decided to continue doing so for the rest of our stay. It's truly a sad story. The money we spent on this hotel did not match the quality of service we received. We expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
