I haven’t written a review in some time, but I feel See Lodge requires a review. I’m not a very picky guest, as long as I get the food I ordered and accommodations reflecting the establishment’s asking price, I’m happy as can be. Hotel: If you want discretion, do not go there. It’s a new construction, sort of like a hotel-in-a-hotel. You can use the entire Quellenhof complex, but only See Lodge guests have access to the lodge. As it turned out, though, the hotel is more intended to convey the idea of luxury through social media as opposed to providing actual luxury. A good example would be that would be featuring guests on their own social media without informing them, let along getting consent. I wasn’t exactly thrilled to see myself in their Instagram stories. So, if you want discretion, do not go there. Food: If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, do not go there. Weeks prior to our arrival, the hotel reached out about possible food intolerances or dietary restrictions. I listed each person of our party of four, and the respective requirements. Sounds more complicated than it really is. 1x anything goes, 3x no meat – easy as, right? The second evening, the fourth course was a pasta dish (basically 10 linguine and a drop of sauce) with bacon, or, in our case, roasted onions. Except, it was bacon. Look, I don’t tell anyone what to eat or how to nourish themselves, but when a hotel specifically asks what they should and can’t serve, get it right. My insides can’t handle certain foods, I won’t bore you with anything beyond that, so after 4 courses, I spent some time hugging the porcelain throne. The restaurant was “very sorry”, so much so that the drinks, a few waters and two or three glasses of wine, were on the house. Of course, that wasn’t mentioned until after dinner so nobody would order something extraordinary. Whatever. Being given incorrect/incompatible food items continued throughout the stay. Apparently, beef broth doesn’t count as meat, neither does chicken. On a side note, the service gets incredibly slow once the restaurant reaches about 50% capacity. You’re routinely sat for 3 to 4 hours for a dinner, and breakfast ends before 11, because people definitely don’t enjoy sleeping in on holiday. So, if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, do not go there. Service: If you enjoy good service, do not go there. Housekeeping will return the room to arrival-spec, every day. Don’t expect the air conditioning to be set to where you had it, or window shades, or anything else, really. They will set the room the way they want, not you, the paying guest. Since air conditioning is tied to a window sensor, it doesn’t work with the window opened. Housekeeping makes sure to keep windows tilted. It’s so nice returning to a hot and humid room after being outside in the hot and humid weather. Cheers! Phenomenal!!!! Greta was fantastic always taking care of us! The room is amazing! The See Lodge lobby is gorgeous! Christian and the entire staff at their restaurant are FANTASTIC!!!! The fixed meal was surprisingly outstanding! Splurge for the Tomahawk!!!! The presentation and taste is truly spectacular of the dishes. The See Lodge feels so exclusive and EVERYTHING feels soooo luxurious from the decor to the sheets and bed to the walls to the meals etc. The Cigar Bar across the street was awesome! And - we did the romantic cinema night and that was also really cool!!! This is a “resort” - if you have kids it’s definitely the BEST option in the Dolomites as it’s so kid friendly - I would not take kids anywhere else in the Dolomites (across the way at the regular Quellenhoff resort). If you have no kids - splurge for the adults only See Lodge side. Enjoy!

A luxury hotel. Beautiful stunning and very elegant. The food was excellent diner is made by a chef local dishes very tasty. All clean and new. Pools are beautiful and heated. this is the most beautiful hotel we stayed ever ! wonderful personnel (they speak english fluently besides italian and german), extremely friendly and helpful. They really go all the way for you; we had a sea villa for 9 days: a true palace with even a private elevator to your garage; an inox private swimming pool, perfectly heated, big enough to swim, in the middle of a lake (just step out of your pool and you are in the lake); breathtaking views on the mountains; restaurants are superb: a breakfast with an endless choice, a winelist (very important to us) that is very extensive with sommeliers that know what they are talking about; perfect serving of the bottle; a barman (simone) that listens to you and makes perfect creations. A gourmet erestaurant in the main hotel that deserves at least TWO micheling stars. The underwater restaurant is not our thing: no windows, too enclosed and no added value from the underwater screens. but of course, perfection does not exist.... but alost!! of course this comes at a extremely high price; however it will not stop us from going back and celebrate new years eve at sealodge. Special thanks to the wonderful service of Kristian (waiter sommelier), barbara and céline (reception) and simone (bartender), but EVERYBODY was just exceptional!

Achtung!!! Man hätte uns bei der Buchung sagen können dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist und er circa 10° das ist leider ein sehr großes minus schade

Wir waren bereits das 4te Mal in den letzten 4 Jahren in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Es freut uns jedes Mal wieder wenn wir gebucht haben. Wir werden sicher 2026 wieder einige Tage hier verbringen. Von den Zimmern über den Wellnessbereich ist alles perfekt. Das Hotel verfügt über eine begrenzte Anzahl an Zimmern, wodurch die Wellnessanlage und der Pool nie überlaufen wirkt. Man hat so immer seinen Rückzugsort. Die Weinauswahl am Abend lässt keine Wünsche offen. Diese werden mit großer Begeisterung erklärt und zur Verköstigung angeboten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr einladend und das Abendessen jedes Mal wieder ein Highlight. Das Küchenteam macht hier wirklich einen gewaltigen Job. Das Personal ist rundum motiviert und hilft wo es kann. Die Zimmer sind super eingerichtet, einwandfrei sauber und laden zum verweilen ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf wieder ein paar Tage hier verbringen zu dürfen
