In addition, it has direct access to both views/balconies within the condo itself, (no need to exit your condo and walk across the common area hallway). The Gulf and Bay balconies are each equipped with barstools and a bar table. The bay view balcony also includes an electric BBQ grill, to enjoy grilling and dining while watching the sunset. The utility closet includes a full size washer and dryer, (the mini fridge is for owners use only). The Sapphire property includes a large Whirlpool/Jacuzzi that faces the two palatial swimming pools, that together are 300 feet long, and are flanked by palm trees.
