감각으로서는 일본의 싼 비즈니스 호텔과 대체로 같다.그것만이라면 전혀 문제 없지만, 유니트 버스의 천장으로부터 수수께끼의 물 누출이 있어, 화장실의 바로 옆에 떨어지고 있거나, 샤워에 커튼이 붙지 않고, 물 가 흩어져 무제한이 되고 있거나, 위생면에서 조금 유감이었다.
