I brought my daughter for her 18th birthday. What a place to stay! Staff were fantastic, efficient, friendly and the place is well run. We were half board and the food was delicious. Room was clean and housekeeping worked hard to keep it that way. Views from restaurants are amazing. Only slight downside was walking up the hill in a heatwave but the pice we paid for the views. Didn’t want to leave

We had a wonderful time at The Bristol, every year it gets better & better, and here are the reasons why…. 1) The Staff in all departments are so joyful and attentive, giving exceptional service with warmth and kindness. We thank you all. 2) The Bristol, it has a unique old school charm and quality, rarely found these days. The marble staircases and tiled walkways with fresh flowers at every turn, makes it a delight. 3) The Views, are undoubtedly the most stunning, giving a panoramic view of the Bay of Naples, her Volcano and Sorrento. 4) The Food. The quality, choice and presentation of our meals were perfection. The chefs create, local & Mediterranean dishes that are delicious. 5) The Housekeeping. The rooms & communal walkways etc are spotless. The staff work tirelessly to keep it looking fresh and pristine. 6) The Wines. Try the local wines grown in and around Vesuvius, they are mainly unknown, but a treat! Falaghina, Greco de tufo, Aglianico & Latima Christi. Thanks to all that made our Birthdays so enjoyable & memorable, including Luca & his team, the chefs & receptionist & Guiseppe ( pool bar king). Here are a few pictures from our stay.

Stunning hotel with amazing food and great staff in a good location. The views of the bay and harbour are fantastic while you eat. The roof top pool is great. The rooms are very spacious. Sorento is a great place to visit as is The Amalfi coast and Pompeii.

Wow ...it is the right word to describe this hotel. I was there for the second time , together with a group of friends and we were , again, impressed by the great hospitality of this place. Giancarlo , the owner, personally welcomed us in his hotel and the rest of the staff was absolutely great!!! The receptionists , the waiters, the bartender, the room keeper (Olga from Moldova) , everybody make you feel like home. About the rooms there are not enough words to describe the views from the balcony. Amazing....Also breakfast is great and we had dinner fee times in the restaurant, also delicious food. Everything is fantastic. One of the best hotel in the world !!! Believe me , I am a travel manager and I would not say lies. Just go there to see everything with your own eyes. Thank you Bristol for everything!!

What a wonderful hotel. Service from all staff was excellent: reception, porters, cleaning staff, waiters, bar staff. All friendly, courteous and attentive. Special mention to Luca, Giuseppe and Carmine in the dining room, always happy, smiley and couldn’t do enough for us. Also the wonderful omelette chef at breakfast. Which brings me to the food, we were half board and it was wonderful. Awesome selection of everything you would expect at breakfast. Three courses of beautifully cooked food in the evening too, lots of choice. My favourite was the beef roll and the lemon delight. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean, lots of corridors with art and artefacts lining the walls. The layout did take us a few days to get our heads round, it’s made up of three buildings, all joined but we wandered around a bit at first till we found the best route to places. Lots of stairs, not suitable if you have limited mobility. Swimming pool area was lovely and relaxed, didn’t have a problem getting a sun bed. The pool was cold, not surprising for October really!! We will definitely be back, an excellent hotel.

What a beautiful hotel for our honeymoon. Rooms spotless and cleaned every day over the 4 nights we were there for. We couldn’t fault the food. Lunch and dinner menu are to order and not buffet which we absolutely loved. The hotel is definitely of the higher spec compared to other hotels. The staff are kind and attentive. Towels or pool hire are €1.50 which we didn’t mind. The times for breakfast/lunch/dinner works well when planning days for exploring Sorrento. As it is only 10 minutes walk away from the hotel this made exploring sorrento convenient. If you are half board including the breakfast and dinner, you’re allowed to switch your dinner to lunch if you are planning to not have dinner at the hotel which was great for us when we had dinner planned at a restaurant. Would definitely visit this hotel again if we ever did visit sorrento again in the future. Thank you staff!
