Located directly on the Sonoma creek with 20+ wineries minutes away along with tons of restaurants. The home has a large rear deck facing the creek, guests can sit on the patio or in the hot tub and enjoy the view. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the creek, deer or wild turkey just a few feet away....truly a nature's paradise. 3 bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area, sleeps 8 people. The additional sleeping area is 150 sq ft room with a queen bed, and a door for complete privacy. LIVING ROOM Living room has an open concept which connects to the kitchen and dining room along with a fireplace which is a great place for lrg groups. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware from baking sheets to pots and pans. We even have kid friendly dishware. Kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. We have a Keurig coffee station with complimentary coffee for guests. BEDROOMS We have 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room. The Master room is gigantic with high ceilings, king bed, private bathroom, separate vanity station, walk-in closet, and a view of the creek with it's own entrance to the deck. The 2nd room also has high ceilings with lrg closet, queen bed, and faces the pool view. The 3rd room is very private, meaning it does not share any walls with the other bedrooms and features a queen bed. Finally, we have an additional sleeping area which features a queen bed with a view of the deck. OUTDOOR AREAS We have a LARGE GRASS YARD adjacent to the property that is maintained year long which is great for the kids or to have a picnic with a view of the creek in the background. FYI, friendly deer tend to visit the yard. The property also has a PRIVATE POOL in case you decide to take a dive. There is a locked gate to the pool area to keep the kids safe. On the rear deck, there is a HOT TUB and an outdoor bar area that overlooks the creek. Next to the creek we have a hammock that makes a great place to read your favorite book or just catch some r&r. We have a smart lock to make check-in a breeze so you don't have to coordinate with anyone on picking up keys or if other members of your group arrive early they can check-in without having to wait for anyone.
