My wife and I returned yesterday from a 10 day Jet 2 package to La Quinta. Everything about the holiday was excellent. The hotel was just the right size, enabling good facilities without an overwhelming number of guests. Maybe the rooms could do with a little update but they still met every need, particularly if you book a room with a terrace, which provides very easy access to the excellent pool. All staff were exceedingly polite and helpful from the initial arrival at reception to shuttle bus driver to room maids etc... I must particularly compliment the restaurant staff and chefs. We upgraded our package from bed and breakfast to half board with Jet 2 and it was fantastic value. The evening meals were amazing for the price and the quality and presentation were top class. I cannot agree with the few comments criticising the service in the restaurant. Yes, there were a number of youngsters who were learning their trade but a little more tolerance and a little less superiority from the odd guest would help their development. I'm sure they will soon learn their trade working alongside the brilliant David, Pablo and Deborah. Thank you all at La Quinta.

The staff always make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing. The courtesy bus is great. The rooms are comfortable with every convenience.
