I didn't have pleasant stay because the room that was given to me when I arrived at 2230 in the evening was used, the toilet bowl was dirty with feces, the aircon was dripping, there's towel on the floor to absorb moisture, the sound of the dripping aircon every second was annoying. The window need to be opened as well because the aircon was not working, but it was so noisy outside. There's a theory that it should not be my room because the room was used, which is disgusting. There's a probability that someone already complained of that room, and they thought I will be tolerating to have that room and I checked in late. So, around midnight after 3 hours of delay from my train, I was traveling to another hotel. I was so knackered and didn't enjoy my experience in your hotel. Some money was refunded but yo use as credit to your hotel, which I don't even know when to use. it's not even enough after the insult of providing me a used room with feces in the toilet bowl. Disgusting!!! The team member rung me an hour before I arrived. She already know that there's a problem in my room. She could have told me to transfer to another hotel or she could have sent me to another hotel, because that added to my wasted time. I needed to travel first to Solihull Travelodge, so she could tell me there's a lot of problem with my room. She didn't tell me the problem beforehand. She could have told me, so it could have cut my time travel and could have went directly to the hotel where I have been transferred.
