I do not recommend anything special for the money invested. Very big crowd at the pool, the staff is ok, as far as the food is concerned, it's very crowded during breakfast, I have the feeling that they receive more guests than they can serve. Bad

Big disappoin**ent with the spa. 2 indoor pools are very small for so many people and the water is unacceptably cold. The outdoor pool is large, but it was impossible to spend time in it, after a few minutes all the children came out frozen, the deckchairs around the pool were full, the pool was empty. The staff just said they would see what they could do. The two outdoor pools for children were not functional, the water was dirty and cold. The room was nicely decorated and spacious, only the bathroom was dirty with a lot of mold. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was our sixth or seventh visit to this beautiful hotel in the last two years. And the service haven't changed, it just improved. The hotel has become our family retreat place. We spent beautiful moments there for our son's birthday. They made him a birthday cake surprise and even upgraded our room. It was just perfect. Tucked in a beautiful nature, by the river and between mountains, fresh air, forests and tracking trails all around, amazing spa, delicious food... you have everything here for a relaxing and inspiring vacation.

Spent 5 days with the family and we had really good vacation. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is clean and Spa is great, while I was really surprised how clean and spacious is hotel gym. Food is international which is awkward because Serbian kitchen is one of the best. Staff is really polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel for quiet and relaxed vacation

The hotel is very well maintained, modern and warm. On arrival the friendly reception assisted with the checkin and introduced the services with opening hours and shows the way to our room. A real special touch to let the customers welcome and like at home. At first impression the room was quite big with enough storage space and a nice balcony looking at one of the parks. Perfect heating to keep the room warm as needed. Tea and coffee station available but with very limited choice. The Spa zone and the pool are very spacious and there is always an available room or lounge chair to use. Both facilities are adult only after 19:00 which is a great plus being also a families hotel. The only bar of the venue has no balcony or open space so it is not possible to enjoy a coffee or drinks outside. Overall a great experience even if few points were quite disappointing. The housekeeping staff did not refill the coffee station the first day and also took the used bathrobes without replacing them. The armchair in the room was worn out and fabric stretched. The meals (breakfast and dinner), two completely opposite experiences. The breakfast offers a wide variety and a nice omelette live cooking station. The dinner menu was less appealing in choices and variety while the food from the hot line always lukewarm. The staff, when crowded, seemed to be a little lost with many table not clear up, food line not refilled and, most annoying, a completely absence of beverage service. Only a water dispenser available, no beverage or wine list available despite the promoted wine offer. Moreover, the food labels were misleading with wrong or missing allergens, tongs never replaced or cleaned, food such as bread not cover or protected by sneeze guards. Around the spa zone and pool there was no control with many used towels, glasses and cups left around. Generally the Hotel Sunce is a nice place where to stay. The friendly staff and the location are for sure huge positive points that makes the entire experience worth.

Spa center is generously equipped and clean. Breakfast and dinner were the best I've ever tried in hotels. The selection of food is huge. Everything was beautiful and very clean! The relax massage was very pleasant. We've never experienced such an excellent service. We'll be returning guests.

Excellent hotel, great service , spa centar , rooms , breackfast , very clean, everything is like i was expected even more . I will come back for sure
