트웨인 아파트 & 룸(Twain Apart&Rooms)

I arrived yesterday at 4pm to the hotel, but the door was closed and there was a phone number only...Hotel's team probably don't understand that some guests have no local Sim card or no other option to reach by phone! Likely I met one of the guests, who kindly agreed to help me. So she called to the written at the door number and got instructions where to get a key. I think such instructions must be sent to the email of expecting guest, isn't?? And in the end of the day I'm getting an email that my booking has canceled by the hotel!!! It's really strange to behave this way if you work in the hospitality! Or the word of hospitality is unknown at this property.... So sad to meet such unprofessional service....

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura tramite un sito e ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo. Innanzitutto la posizione centrale permette di raggiungere il centro in poco tempo, poi la struttura in sé! Stanza pulitissima, calda ed accogliente. Poi il gestore è attento ad ogni richiesta, anche supplementare rispetto alla dotazione. Infatti abbiamo chiesto gentilmente un asciugacapelli e in men che non si dica, ce lo ha fatto avere! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Assolutamente consigliato!

Mi sono trovato molto male. Fin dal mio arrivo si fingono gentili ma dicono che c'è stato un errore di prenotazione e non si trovavano la mia prenotazione (che già avevo pagato, circa 25€). Essendo sera ed impossibilitato a trovare altri hotel ho dovuto ripagare altri 50 lev (circa 25€, fortuna che era solo una notte prenotata lì, ovviamente poi ho trovato altrove) dicendo che mi sarebbero stati restituiti nel caso avessero recuperato la prenotazione (ovviamente mai ricevuti indietro...). Tutto questo dopo due ore di discussione, quindi mi sono rovinato anche la serata. Come se non bastasse la doccia è praticamente inesistente, è un tutt'uno con il wc, insomma antigienico e poco funzionale. Ma non è finita qui. Mi ritrovo nella stanza uno scarafaggio schifoso che mi ha fatto proprio perdere la pazienza. Consiglio di cercare altrove, inoltre la posizione non è ottimale per il centro, ho dovuto prendere il monopattino in sharing... Più che vacanza è stato uno stress

The room was clean. My mom and I think that it is still new as all the furniture is relatively new. Only down side is no lift which was my fault as I didn't see it and we had to carry down 2 30 kgs luggage down the from 3rd floor (luckily we didn't need to carry out). But my main purpose is to choose somewhere near the bus station so no complains on that. The receptionist guy which I forgot to ask his name was friendly and we booked shuttle service and he arrived on time for our flight and we had no mess finding his car unlike my previous trip...

Great price, location, cleanliness and service/checkin information. Easy to find and close to main bus and rail station. Would stay again.

Awful. Hotel mixed up our room and then couldn’t care less. Told us to go find another hotel at 9.30pm as our room was unsuitable! Then told us we would get a refund and we have still not received it. Highly disappointed and don’t recommend these people to anyone

Convienently situated close to metro and rail station. Well kept.

I recently stayed in a room with two twin beds. The positive: Spacious for a low price They found a way to accommodate my very late arrival Close to public transport The negative: Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The curtains, the sheets and the pillow all smelled of smoke. Opening the balcony door for a few hours is not enough to make the smell go away. There were some ants in our 3rd floor room I would not stay here again. Also, I'm not sure why this place has three stars. There is no restaurant, fitness center, pool or any similar extras.

Esta bien ubicada . El personal es amable y dispuestos a ayudar . Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente en nuestra habitación. Había que llamar al técnico , entonces nos ofrecieron usar la ducha de otra habitación.
