Very nice B&B. Very clean, cosy and comfortable place. I really recommend this place. It was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. There are different menus for breakfast all very good. The landlady was very nice with us and she also gave us tips for our journey

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this B&B. Despite providing notice that I was unable to travel due to illness, the management refused to offer any form of refund. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to accommodate a genuine situation is disheartening. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values customer service.

Beautifully appointed B&B, Large room with comfy beds and pillows. Lovely furniture and an excellent communal lounge. The Tv in our room has satellite channels although we did not use. Good Bathroom EnSuite. Good access to local attractions and surrounding beautiful countryside. Also less than 1/2 hr drive from Knock Airport. Breakfasts are excellent. My wife said the organic porridge was lovely. I had a good Irish cooked breakfast one morning, and fantastic pancakes with lemon and sugar on the second morning. Mary's hospitality is 10/10. Mary was very friendly, and took an interest in our trip and what we were doing, giving us tips to where to visit in the local area. Mary allowed us to use her hoover to clean out over hire car before returning. I spoke to Mary for over 1/2 hr on the final morning and could have chatted more if time had allowed. Will definitely stay at Church View B&B again when visiting the area. Thankyou Mary.

This is in a good location for the centre of Gorteen and for exploring this part of the West of Ireland. It is clean, friendly and well equipped, a thoroughly pleasant place to stay, at a reasonable price. There's also a safe place to park and a few good pubs close by

Had a really nice room that was spotless,very comfortable and nicely situated, jacci was a great hostess,could have nattered for hours , breakfast was great, loads to choose from and always tasty,we had fish and chips in the pub next door that was exceptional, lovely friendly village people never pass you without greeting you,had a really nice stay wouldn't hesitate to book again,

Can only give a 5-star rating but would give 10 if we could. Clean, spacious rooms. Incredible and hearty Irish fry (and other menu selections) for breakfast. Great space and great host/hostess. Highly recommend for a stay in central Sligo. Great sitting room to have an evening chat.
