Sivota Deamaris Luxury Boutique Hotel - Adults Only 16 Plus

Quiet and private. Beautiful views of the sea with sailboats. A private swimming cove that had tastefully appointed lounge chairs, each with its own distinct shading that was very private and cozy. The breakfast was served at tables with sea views that was just so relaxing. Small, elegant hotel near the main port for nightlife. Staff was excellent and friendly. All in all, as good as a small, boutique hotel can be. Would definitely go back George Agiovlasitis

Cannot think of anything negative about the hotel. Staff are wonderful. Room looking over bay was excellent. Lady came who we think was the manager to speak with all guests at breakfast, very charming. Breakfast very good. Shame there isn’t a restaurant as forced to go into Sivota or eat at the snack bar which had limited menu. We spent two nights here before flying home. Glad we had a car as the walk down into Sivota is steep and steeper coming back!!!! No lift at hotel and quite a few steps worth noting if elderly or infirm.

2nd visit to this super hotel. Great to see they have made a few improvements here and there. Christina continues to provide a great experience. Breakfast still attended to by Lia who does a super job. Our room was kept spotless through the week. We would return and absolutely recommend

inhumane treatment: we bought a room without the right to a refund, I assume it, but we wrote to the hotel and attached the documentation from the hospital proving that we had a pregnancy with the risk of losing the baby and my wife had to be completely at rest. Their response was that they would not refund our money.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful property and beautiful rooms with a stunning view. Super clean. Our room had a private pool which was fantastic option and great way to watch the sunset. Private beach is small but lovely as nestled amongst alive trees. Breakfast was delicious. A bit of a hike to walk to town, need a car for sure. Would absolutely go back and stay again!

The hotels position is amazing and the views are just all you could wish for. However, the hotel lacks any kind of ambience and although on first appearance the rooms look stylish, they are all style over substance with a complete lack of storage. Storage is extremely lacking everywhere. There is a small single wardrobe space with two tiny drawers at the bottom - which you have to practically sit on the floor to open. There is a small kitchenette next to the wardrobe with a sliding door that covers either the kitchenette or the wardrobe. This door is incredibly heavy to use and also blocks one of the drawers at the bottom of the wardrobe area, rendering it completely useless. There were no bedside drawers and no storage in the bathroom area. So basically our room looked like a teenagers bedroom for a week! Our cases had to be visible in the room and all of our shoes, not to mention hats, sunglasses and daily items which we were unable to put away. The bathroom has two towel hooks, therefore, if there are two people in the room, you don’t have room to hang a hand towel as well as two bath towels. (When we brought this up, we were advised that towels are changed daily and to just leave the on the floor)! During our stay, the water was completely switched off for a number of hours - apparently this can happen in Sivota, although this has never happened to us prior to this visit to the area.
