Hospitality & Service is good. Food tastes good and nice hotel ambiance. Both veg and non veg food items are available in the restaurant

Was there for 3 days due to a college exam. It was a comfortable stay. All the basic amenities were there like tea/coffee and water in room. In room dining was also good. Staffs behaviour was good and supportive. Location is good attached to Shoprix mall, just near to upcoming RRTS station.

Services are poor. In the morning Hot water is available in wash room only after 5:30 am . To start Hot water request is tobe done first. For Room service many reminders has to be made.

property's location was good. services are ok. but food was bad and expensive. breakfast was average. they have buffet system in breakfast but services are too slow. there was no puri no tea no milk. they took a lot of time to bring the food. staff behavior was average .

If i were to imagine an experience without hot water in a room, it might feel frustrating, especially if you’re expecting a warm shower or need hot water for other reasons. Stay multiple times here. Nice property and well maintained. Well reachable location and good parking space. Food is ok
