Hotel Best

If the owner would involve himself in the management of this hotel, MAYBE things can be improved! Very cute lobby in the reception, if you like LED lights (debatable), poor rooms (bathrooms are ok), cheap doors and security locks. We were a group of 10 people who were given a different price for breakfast at check in, which differ the next morning. Also, we were informed that the coffee break for the entire day included capsulated coffee reserves, but they brought ONE single 1 litre thermos a a few tap water bottles for which they asked almost 40 Euros... (sad, didn't pay for it cause we had to endure the owner insults who was explaining what a hot shot he is in Ploiesti).
