This is a truly wonderful place to stay. From the first moment, you are welcomed by the team, and everything is about slowing down, enjoying yourself, and having a wonderful break from daily life. The views are amazing, as the back of the hotel points west, so you get the most exceptional sunsets, whilst enjoying a cocktail on the terrace. The hotel is small enough (18 rooms) to feel like a smart family home (which it is - the owners live on the top floor, and want you to feel totally relaxed). There are too many great things to highlight. Breakfasts are splendid, everything you could want. The rooms are stylishly and simply decorated, as is the whole place. Yet again I want to praise the service, so helpful, easy and considerate, just the right level. Go and stay here, and then you will want to stay again!

This was our second stay at this hotel which is located in easy working distance from the old town and has a car park (although you must remember to reserve a space). The hotel has great facilities and I don’t recall staying anywhere in the world where the staff were more friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely fantastic getaway. Modern hotel. Very good breakfast. Staff was extra attentive. Hotel has great location in Sirmione - You can easily walk everywhere. Nearby situates many restaurants, shops and sightseeings. Strongly recommend.

We stayed here in April 2025 for our first trip without children in 15 years! Beautiful location, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the centre. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of local produce. Better than expected. They reserved us a table at La Sperazina which was also fantastic.

The building itself is superbly balanced as far as design in an architectural sense so your visit gets off to a great start. And what a location ! There’s only good vibes at this lovely boutique hotel. The team are very intuitive to what your needs are and willing to offer local advice freely. Food and drink is top-notch and fairly priced for the quality of produce. If you are wishing for peace & quiet, floating on a cloud with no hassles this is the place for any couple wanting some time together. Thanks to all the team from top to bottom. We will be visiting again for sure!

Max, Bettina and team could not have been better hosts in their beautiful and intimate hotel. Breakfasts were fantastic and the location is perfect for ambling into Sirmione or for lounging by the lake/pool. Our boys loved SUP and swimming in the lake. The only problem is dragging yourself from the hotel comforts to go and explore! We will definitely be back in the future!
