Skots West Villa is a very nicely renovated house. This unit has two beds. One King size Tempur-Pedic style memory foam bed, one queen size memory foam bed, and a sofa couch w/ a memory foam topper. We keep our place highly maintained and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use.
Pictures don't do justice to give the full feel of this home. The house listed is on the lower floor of a two-unit duplex. The house is centrally located; it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Zoo.

Wonderful place to stay. Just down the street from the hospital, clean, well stocked, easy check-in! We would stay here again without hesitation!

The location was the perfect size for a weekend stay. Had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to towels and extra pillows. Very clean and updated with the bathroom and flooring. Super quiet and great natural light options as well. Rubin was an outstanding communicator as well regarding check in and expectations.

Lovely little apartment in a quiet yet convenient location. We stayed two nights mid-week. We will book here again, as we travel to Sioux Falls 2 - 3 times per year.
