The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful, We would like to thank especially Mr. Güray and Ms. Nawel for their help. We would definitely like to visit again, we recommend this hotel

This was my first time that I have ever stayed in an Ibis Budget hotel anywhere, and I have to say that on seeing the reception area and my room for the 1st time my heart sank a bit. The room looks exactly how I would imagine a student bedroom to look like, very basic and functional, absolutely no cosiness or warmth. Also, the walls are rough cast plaster and in need of repainting, so overall a bit depressing on 1st sight. However, I soon got used to the room, was only in it to sleep and the bed and pillows are the equal to a 5 star hotel. The shower is in a moulded plastic cubicle, but excellent. There were painters there during my stay, so presuming the hotel is getting redone now. Blackout blinds on the windows and totally silent at night. Buffet Breakfast has everything you need, not cooked, but I didn't mind that at all. Lots of different staff over the course of my 5 night stay, but all consistently excellent with their customer service. Ibis must recruit the best and then train them well. I was travelling solo , definitely not a hotel for a romantic getaway. The 'No drugs' sign in the bedroom alarmed me a bit at first, I thought , 'What kindof establishment is this?!' For the price I paid, I couldn't fault it. Super clean. Hard to find any faults considering the price, Well done to Ibis and all the staff.

2023년 1월 중순에 2박을 여기에 머물렀습니다. 호텔은 많은 공사가 있는 거친 지역에 위치하고 있지만 많은 대중 교통 연결이 있는 주요 기차역까지 도보로 단 5분 거리에 있습니다. 도시의 다양한 관광지까지 도보로 약 10-20분이 소요됩니다. 근처에 편의점과 식당이 있습니다. 직원들은 괜찮았지만 지나치게 친절하지는 않았습니다. 싱글룸은 작았지만 깨끗하고 가격도 적당했습니다. 벽에 난방/AC 장치가 있었지만 버튼 하나가 없어 작동하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 온도는 괜찮 았습니다. 작은 책상과 의자가 있었습니다. 샤워실과 세면대는 방에 있었고 화장실은 작은 옷장에 있었습니다. 창문이 좁은 환기 샤프트로 열리므로 다소 어두웠습니다. Wi-Fi, 조명 및 TV는 잘 작동했습니다. 나는 아침 식사 비용을 지불하지 않았다. 훌륭하지는 않았지만 트릭을 수행했습니다.

Just come home from a short two night stay at the hotel and everything was positive. Reception was down a few steps but there's a lift down for anyone who struggles with step. Check in was smooth and took less than 2 minutes . The room was very nice two single beds spaced quite close but if you are staying with friends or family this isn't an issue. Bathroom was clean and large with a bath and shower shower gel and shampoo was supplied attached to the wall in the shower. Free water daily stocked into the room fridge and also free coffee for the coffee machine. The later check out of 12 was a bonus and the hotel are happy to store luggage should you be on an evening flight. The hotel has a nice bar and all staff are friendly . The only issue would be because its such a large hotel the lifts are always busy we had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor a few times which is a lot of steps so anyone on a higher floor just be warned if you aren't too good at walking. The area around the hotel is pretty nice a bit like a business district but venture a few streets behind and it gets a bit grim and becomes a bit more shady just a warning to have your wits about you if going that way .

우리가 도착했을 때부터 우리가 체크 아웃 한 순간까지,이 훌륭한 호텔에서는 아무런 문제가 없었습니다! 우리는 그것이 역과 가까웠지만 숲 국립 스타디움 (Liam Gallagher를 보러왔다!)과 가까운 곳에 편리하게 위치했기 때문에 여기를 선택했습니다. 리셉션의 팀은 우리를 위해 택시를 예약하기 위해 방문 할 곳을 추천하는 데 특히 훌륭했습니다! 주변 지역은 낮에는 괜찮지 만 어둠 속에서 도망 가지 않았을 것입니다 !! 훌륭한 아침 식사도! 확실히 추천 할 것입니다! 감사합니다 !! X
