This is a separate, private space but with stairs and a ramp leading up to the main villa from the outside, it is easy for guests to be a part of all the amenities that the main villa offers. Villa Fantome also comes equipped with 2 paddleboards, kayak, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and a cooler to enjoy during your stay. Beautiful Dawn Beach is situated directly below the property and can be accessed from the neighborhood. About a 7-10 minute walk from the villa, Dawn Beach is a gorgeous white sand beach with a coral reef perfect for snorkeling. The JW Marriott/ Dawn Beach Club offers a beachfront bar and a light lunch menu. With 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms, Villa Fantome comfortably accommodates up to 12 adult guests, but can also fit additional younger guests if needed.  The nightly rate posted online is for use of the main villa, which includes up to 5 bedrooms and 10 guests. For more than 10 guests, there is an additional fee of $125 per person per night. This additional fee includes the use of the studio apartment, which is the 6th bedroom.
