The best papanasi in town, for all tastes. Nice place, very friendly staff, on a rainy day, the papanasi brought the sun to the plates. With homemade blueberry jam and chocolate. You won't regret it. You'll enjoy it. I recommend it in the rain. 🙂🌈

Beautiful location, central, near the great park in Sinaia , good and clean room, but avoid weekends when loud music from parties rented by hotel weddings …) don’t let you sleep till 4 o’clock in the morning. Every Saturday and Sunday. Bad experience!!

Definitively this is not 4 stars hotel. Starting from the unfriendly staff till the rooms, which smell odd, you cannot find at least a recipient for making hot water in the room for tea or coffee. In the majority of 4 stars hotel you can find a little coffee machine with the ingredients from the house and at list 2 bottles of water. If you ask a question to one waiter in the restaurant you can receieve very rude answer. If you want to use the pool you should pay extra! Why, I am staying in the hotel I should have free acces to rhe pool! I will not recomand this hotel to anyone. 2 stars need to be cut off from the clasification!!!

Pranzo a menù fisso nel ristorante dell’hotel con un gruppo in tour in Romania. Il ristorante è vicino al parco di questa bellissima città, la “perla dei Carpazi”, molto turistica. Ambiente storico molto bello e ben conservato degli inizi del 1900. Si respira un’aria elegante d’altri tempi. Il cibo buono è ben servito.

Hôtel rétro, bien placé mais vieillissant Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont petites. Pas de prise de courant près du lit donc pas de lampe de chevet. Nécessité de se lever du lit pour éteindre la lumière. Confort moyen de la literie qui grince. Linge et sanitaires propres mais traces noires au sol sur le lino. Petit déjeuner moyen. Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles !

Оцениваю гостиницу как экскурсовод и организатор поездок. Было три выезда в Румынию, два в ноябре 2021 и один в январе 2022. И если первые две поездки все было более менее, то на третью, когда мы остались уже на две ночи вместо одной, начались приключения. В моём номере спустя два месяца все так же не работал свет в коридоре, а стакан был все с тем же сколом. У многих людей из группы не работали магнитные-ключи в номер, приходилось бегать постоянно на рецепшен за новыми, но и это не помогало. На рецепшене просто разводили руками. Сауна и джакузи не работали, в турецкой бане выключали пар, людям приходилось самим включать все обратно. На 3 этаже не было горячей воды, едва-едва тёплая водичка. Руководство отеля и работники не заинтересованы в своей работе, рецепшен зачастую пустой. Подойдёт только на 1 ночь для путешествующих в одиночку или небольшой группой. Делать там с туристами нечего, помогать в решении проблем вам никто не будет.
