Impersonal service from what is supposed to be a family run resort. The facilities are impeccable and the staff are generally good. We had a couple of items of jewellery stolen during our stay. On reporting this to them, all we got was an email back from a member of staff saying nothing had been found. No senior management bothered to call or even contact us to find out more. Disappointing.

Really lovely hotel. Perfect location: ski-in/ski-out. Very well appointed, modern and spotlessly clean. Excellent food. One of the main reasons we loved this hotel so much was the staff. Fantastic! Clearly very happy, couldn't do enough for you, cheerful and exceptionally attentive. We booked a family room with two bedrooms, which was ideal for our teenager. My only negative is that despite it being a large, high class hotel, there's no gym! And if your British, the textile-free zone for the steam/steam room is a little, well, awkward.

Mooshaus pretends to be a family resort. We did not feel welcome at all with our children. Examples are; a big cow with “diamonds” at the reception, which is offcourse very tempting for young children, surrounded with signs that children should stay away. A buffet in the evening with hotel staff members that are checking if children “behave”, Almost every night we where spoken to firmly by the staff members that we should control our kids. Our 3 year old by accident took a tomato from the bowl, offcourse we understand that children are not allowed to touch the food with their hands but at the same time, they are kids. Another example is the pool on the rooftop with a restaurant that does not allow kids under age 16.. The food was very good and some of the staff was friendly, but the owner was especially one of the staff members that gave us a very stressed out and unwelcome feeling. The hotel is expensive but you don’t get value for money if you want to have a holiday in which your kids are welcome and can be kids and you as a parent can relax.

Amazing hotel with great stuf! I always felt very welcome and the ambient is just amazing! The spa area is wonderful and the 360 rooftop pool is just sick! Amazing bar and drink menu. Also very close to the ski lift. I highly recommend this Winterresort!

We have now spent several times as a family our Skiing Holidays in the Mooshaus in Kuehtai, and each time, when we thought it was great, they managed to even excel again the next time we came again. The hotel has undergone an extensive and mind blowing expansion with fantastic improvements in every area adding to the hotel's guest experience - from the arrival in the newly designed and expanded indoor parking facility , the newly built and extremely well designed luxurious Lobby and Reception area, to the very modern and tastefully designed rooms and apartments, there is perfection in the house. The view directly to both sides of the mountains and the skiing slopes not to mention, this alone is already worth the trip! Pure bliss! Amazing food with extremely extensive high quality breakfast range, very substantial Spa, 100 meter pool beyond imagination and the perfect connectivity to Munich airport make this unique hotel together with the guarantee for snow a no brainer. Hotel is great for families and couples as they assign specially designated table areas for couples only to ensure privacy if needed.

Leider mussten wir feststellen das das haus nicht das ist was man sich um den Preis erwartet. Es wurde der Geburtstag komplett vergessen ,obwohl man 1 tag vor Anreise angerufen hat ob alles klappt mit Tisch Deko und Kuchen. Antwort von der Dame am Empfang Sorry und ist gegangen. Sorry geht gar nicht. Morgenpost vom Vortag bekommen. Zimmer war sehr kalt, und sauber ist was anderes in der Klasse von Hotel. Abendessen lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, Frühstück hat viel wieder gut gemacht aber ein beigeschmack bleibt trotzdem. Habe mir noch eine Spa behandlung gegönnt und musste feststellen das der SPA Bereich nicht das ist was man sich in einem Haus erwartet,dunkel Räume ohne Tageslicht. Die Dame an der Rezi war beim Check out sichtlich überfordert mit meinen Beschwerten ist dann einfach gegangen und von einer Kollegin ersetzt worden. Auf die Beschwerden meiner Seite wurden dann nicht mehr drauf eingegangen. Fazit : Werde bestimmt nie wieder kommen.
