沒有電梯！！！！！一進門的電梯特別臟。給了我尾房，很想罵人。我還住了兩天。有大行李的不建議入住。前台感覺是東歐人……説話嘟嚕嘟嚕的

We had a great stay and a warm welcome. Jackie was absolutely lovely at breakfast and made my birthday extra special. She was a breath of fresh air and so friendly. We love staying at Premier Inns and when we travel this way next we'll be choosing this hotel again.

We had a room in what was described as the new building. The noise from other rooms was very loud, we could hear every step from room above. Very thin walls. Bathroom was not the cleanest with hairs around the bath. Pillows were poor. Cooked breakfast was ok but 4 of the items had ran out and cook could be heard saying it would be 12 mins before replenished. This was disappointing as it was not overly busy. I wouldn't expect to wait for food to run out at a buffet before more was prepared.

Nice, big and very clean rooms. Friendly staff welcoming you at all times. Plus a lovely breakfast. The room was well decorated and looked after. Veronica was a great help to us on reception. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again soon.

I'm a fan of Premier Inns - and this one kept up the high scores. The hotel was as ever simple and not luxurious, but all the facilities you need are in the room, the rooms are clean and tidy and above all, the hotels manage to stay quiet so that you can get a good night's sleep. There's a pub next door which serves food, although by the time I got there (9.30pm) the kitchen had closed. Breakfast is available in the hotel.

We stayed in this Premier in on 7th Feb as it was perfectly located for a family celebration nearby. The service we received during our stay was fantastic and we cannot fault it at all. The rooms we had were located next to each other and a lovely spacious size compared to other locations. They were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Ay breakfast, Jackie was exceptional and made us fresh eggs and couldn't be anymore welcoming! We were also looked after by Jo and I have to say we received some of the best customer service from them that we've ever experienced. Will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Northampton!
