Orbit Hotel

Certainly! here's a revised version: i couldn't make it as my train to silchar was cancelled. Unfortunately, i didn't receive any refund despite not staying in the hotel because of the "no refund policy" of my booking. However, i had a good stay in the hotel last week.

Just wanted to say i had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the customer care was top-notch. The location is convenient too. Overall, it was a great experience!

Bed condition is almost ok not very good and major problem faced with blanket that was very thin. Whole night we are suffering from cold

Hotel is about 2 km away from railway station, staffer are good, they are very helpful. Location is good. Hotel price is in a budget. Rooms are very clean, no water issues. Hotel has escalator, helps to old-age people to climb upper floors. Food is costly but outside food is cheap, outside restaurants are available just in 200 metre away.

It was a good stay. Staff are very cooperative, and the service is excellent. Each staff member, from reception to housekeeping, restaurant to room service, has excellent behavior. They would go out of the way to bring a smile.
