웰컴 드링크가 맛있고, 조찬실의 전망이 아름답고, 방의 크기가 적당하고, 깨끗하고 깔끔하며, 중국 TV를 시청할 수 있습니다. 조식은 맛있지만 호텔과 제휴한 스파는 너무 비쌉니다! 너무 비싸요! 60분은 약 US$80입니다. 이렇게 비싼 가격은 받아들일 수 없습니다. 호텔 주차장에는 고급차가 많고 주차장 직원의 서비스도 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 자체 해변도 좋습니다.

저는 3일 동안 특별실에 머물렀는데 창문이 없었습니다. 하지만 호텔의 위치는 매우 편리합니다. 솽시 광장과 우샹 광장에 위치해 있습니다. 주변에 다양한 레스토랑이 있어 매우 편리합니다. 해변도 가깝고 도보로 10분 정도 걸립니다. 서비스 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 1층은 애틀랜틱 엔터테인먼트 시티(Atlantic Entertainment City)이지만 4층의 나머지 호텔에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 방은 비교적 크고 모든 종류의 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 숙박비로 US$100의 보증금을 부과할 필요는 없어 보입니다. 시하누크빌은 중국인들이 점령한 듯한 느낌이 들고 거리에는 중국인 간판과 중국인들로 가득 차 있어 마치 중국의 어느 지역에 돌아온 듯한 느낌이 듭니다.

A new hotel on the foreshore of Sihanoukville, the step off point to the Cambodian Islands. The hotel is lovely and the biggest comfortable bed we have ever seen. There is a restaurant on site which is good as one would have to catch a Tuk Tuk to other eateries. This area is worth visited just to see the total impact the Chinese are have in this area. It is totally full on and quite disturbing.

이 멋진 리조트의 모든 놀라운 직원이 가능하게 한 환상적인 경험. Tep과 Dara는 특히 친절하고 관대했습니다. Tep은 섬 호핑 투어를 주선하는 데 도움을 주었고 쉬는 날에도 나와 동행했습니다. Dara는 하루 종일 시간을 내어 매일 아침 식사를 하는 동안 앉아서 나와 이야기를 나습니다. 혼자 여행하는 사람들에게 좋은 터치였습니다. 모두가 너무 친절하고 명랑했습니다. 그들은 모두 항상 웃고 있었습니다. 주인을 만나 바로 그 이유를 이해했습니다. 직원에 대한 그의 친절과 보살핌은 그들과의 상호 작용에서 분명했습니다. 그런 유형의 관리 스타일은 불가피하게 명랑하고 사려 깊은 서비스로 번역됩니다. 나는 서로와 손님을 진심으로 돌보는 이 전체 작업에 박수를 보냅니다. 디테일에 대한 관심과 보살핌은 경내 관리, 하우스 키핑 및 음식 서비스의 품질에서 나타났습니다. VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place.
Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious.
Staff was so friendly and helpful.
It was really the best choice for such price.
Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there.
Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it:
1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry.
2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton
Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way.
The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢
So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

정말 기뻐요! 하이라이트는 오전 6시 30분에 CLEAR KAYAK을 타고 수면 아래를 바라보는 것입니다. 바닷물처럼 조용하고 고요한 유리는 매혹적인 광경을 가능하게 했습니다. 수백 마리의 물고기가 수로를 통해 헤엄쳐 다니는 복잡한 색깔의 산호 배열은 지금 끊임없이 변화하는 기후에서 믿을 수 없을 만큼 현실적이었습니다! 우리가 도착했을 때부터 시설과 활동 및 환대 직원까지 이 리조트를 비난할 수 없습니다. 서비스 직원의 관리자는 모두 Jenny와 함께 뛰어난 워터사이드 뷰티 및 바디 트리트먼트를 받았습니다. 이는 정말 5성급 리조트를 뛰어넘는 수준입니다. 완벽한 프리젠테이션의 절묘한 음식과 완벽하게 조리된 해산물 알단테' 파스타 & 쌀은 식도락가들을 기쁘게 하며 아침 식사인 랍스터 볶음밥도 감각적이었습니다. 제가 미슐랭 스타 ⭐️⭐️⭐️로 평가하고 싶은 셰프인 고든 램지(Gordon Ramsay)는 여기서 꼭 맛봐야 할 셰프입니다!

JJacquelinAmazing location on the beach, with beach on one side and pool on the other. Depending on the time of the day we rotated between. Everything was clean and well looked after. Room with AC and hot water. It was right beside the pier so easy to get to, and the ocean was pristine and baby blue. They have towels, paddle boards, row boat, or snorkel you can just borrow (not great snorkelling though). We decided to not include the breakfast because it was $12 American and we thought quite expensive for a normal buffet breakfast but a lot of guests enjoyed it. Right up from the pier there’s lots of local restaurants and we experimented with them and really enjoyed the food, smoothies, and coconuts. There’s also a small shop beside the hotel that sells drinks and coffee (ask for with milk and ice!) so we bought our drinks there instead of the hotel.
My only feedback was I didn’t like how they didn’t provide more water, only 2 small bottles a day. I think they should have a larger jug that we can fill up to be more sustainable.
Overall loved this place and would definitely come back!

리리뷰어부두에서 오토바이로 10 분 거리에 있으며, 환경은 조용하고 아름답습니다. 바다 호텔의 서비스는 매우 좋지만 야외 욕실은 익숙하지 않습니다. 레스토랑에는 많은 요리가 없지만 맛은 중국과 서양 음식으로 사용할 수 있으며 대부분 유럽인과 미국인입니다. 호텔은 만족하지만 경치는 바다입니다. 나는 부두만큼 아름답지 않다고 생각합니다. 바다는 그렇게 파지 않습니다.

우리는 바다 전망 빌라가 바다에서 얼마나 가까운지 좋아했습니다. 직원들은 활동에 대한 권장 사항을 수용하는 것 이상이었고 항상 웃고 매우 도움이되고 사랑 스럽습니다. 이 리조트가 잘못된 곳은 가격 대비 가치가 있습니다! 빌라는 광고에도 불구하고 Wi-Fi가 없으며 작은 아침 식사 메뉴와 매우 제한된 점심 및 저녁 식사 메뉴 만 있습니다. 치킨 라이스 또는 국수 외에는 선택의 여지가 없었기 때문에 다른 곳에서 먹어야했습니다! 욕실도 깨끗하지 않았고 방 전체가 꽤 피곤해 보였지만 우리는 여전히 우리의 체류를 정말로 즐겼습니다. 리리뷰어It’s simply THE BEST resort you can find on the island, thanks to its facilities and its position: it’s on a stunning private beach, with light blue water and white sand, and immersed in a flourishing garden that assures you privacy and tranquillity (but if you want to have fun, you can find a lot parties at walking distance). The swimming pool near the sea is also stunning, especially at sunset. The food is very good, and the staff is super nice, competent and helpful. Rooms are spacious, with all the amenities and a big wonderful bathroom. I would suggest to add more vegetarian options to the menu.

리리뷰어We came to Mad Monkey to visit friends staying there while we were staying on the other side of the island (a 30 minute drive away). There were rude and unhelpful staff who booked us a taxi at 9:30pm for midnight and then proceeded to tell us when the time came that it was never booked for us. Completely Unprofessional women at reception who would not shut up about stitches she had on her bottom, while my friends had been in a motor bike crash that day and were just trying to go back to our own hostel as they were sore and broken. There was one bed available that night however we were all told to sleep in the luggage room, reception or else “sleep on the beach”. As 3 young girls (aged 18-20) an hours walk away from the hostel with no show of a taxi we booked 3 hours ago and confirmed 3 times, we were understandably in distress and felt completely unsafe sleeping outside in the dark in a location that was pretty much remote aside from this hostel. There was no reassurance, sympathy or comfort from the staff who gave us blankets and then left and went to bed. I would have thought girls support girls all over the world, particularly when they are in a vulnerable position. It seems they have a total ignorance for anyone who is not their customers.

리리뷰어 Would not recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. 1. The owner agreed to give us a lift to Eden pier but was very relaxed about what time we left to catch the boat..and appeared at the very last minute. We were feeling anxious about making it on time but we were reassured several times that we would get there on time. We had to wait about 45 minutes for him to appear and for us to sort the bill out. This took a while and we asked for a receipt and he said we could take a photo of the screen...not very professional... In the end, he did print the receipts out which we weren't able to thoroughly check due to the rush to make the boat. Due to the managers poor time keeping and laid back attitude, we missed the big boat and received no apology, just a 'good luck'. If he had been on time and arrived earlier so that we could sort the bill out, we would have made the boat. We felt that this was very inconsiderate as his job should be to prioritise guests rather than his own needs.. the only good thing was that he helped us on and off the boat and with our big bags 2. We were overcharged for food/drink which we did not consume and were charged for coffee which the manager informed us was free on arrival. 3. Mosquito net was broken in the room. 4. Location - The hotel is situated quite far out from other hotels and hostels and restaurants (30 minute walk). The walk back to the hotel in the evening is quite scary in the dark and unpleasant with insects and you are warned about monkeys...luckily we didn't encounter any. Private beach is also nothing special.. stay in the main hub near onederz Despite all this, we thought very highly of the male waiter from Sri Lanka who was extremely friendly, lovely and helpful.
