순노엥 리조트 후기

우리의 숙박은 훌륭했고 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔이 작은 외딴 섬에 위치해 있기 때문에 1분간 일시적인 정전과 수압 상실 등 인프라가 다소 부족한 것은 당연했습니다. 그러나 이번에도 직원들은 어떤 상황이든 신속하게 해결해주었습니다. 프런트에는 WhatsApp이 있어서 호텔과 쉽게 소통할 수 있었습니다. 그들은 또한 다른 도시로의 이동을 위해 페리와 버스를 조직하는 데 도움을 주었습니다.

Soon Noeng 호텔은 Koh Rong Sanloem의 Saracen Bay에 머물기에 훌륭한 장소입니다! 직원들은 매우 협조적이며 객실은 깨끗하고 주전자와 냉장고가 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 목가적인 고요한 해변과 바다가 매우 가까이 있어 전망이 완벽합니다!

취소하겠습니다! 1) 침대에 바퀴벌레가 있어요 2) 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않는다 3) 사장님이 무례해요. 4) 호텔 해변의 청결도는 고객이 배출한 플라스틱 쓰레기로 가득 차 있습니다... 주인이 보증한 우리는 쓰레기도 수거하지 않았는데 그녀는 웃었습니다!!!!!

항구에서 바로! 그리고 칫솔도 리필해 주셨고 담요도 추가로 주셨어요! 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다! 보기는 훌륭했다! 뜨거운 물은 나오지 않았지만 샤워할 수 있을 만큼 따뜻했어요! 정말 즐거웠습니다!

방은 깨끗했고, 침대도 괜찮았습니다. 좋은 에어컨과 천장 선풍기. 샤워실도 매우 깨끗하지만 샤워기에서 나오는 물의 양이 적고.. 찬물만 나옵니다. 많은 레스토랑이 있는 만의 일부는 멋진 저녁 산책으로 15분 거리에 있습니다. 리조트는 도착 부두에 있습니다. 그래서 더 이상 무거운 짐을 들고 백사장을 걷지 않습니다.

우리는 호텔의 장소와 물건을 좋아했습니다. 우리는 이 아름답고 조용한 곳에서 주말을 보낼 수 있어서 기뻤습니다.

해변에 있는 저렴한 숙소는 나쁘지 않지만 방에서 이상한 냄새가 났습니다. 1~10 7.2를 주고 싶습니다.

The hotel is close to the pier, so you don’t need to go anywhere from there. The hotel has different kinds of rooms, we stayed in a sea view villa which had a nice view. However I didn’t like the interior and the bathroom. Bathroom has a window in the roof which is not covered and geckos and insects can come in without any difficulty. When you finish taking a shower, water stays on the floor for a very long time. The hotel has sunbeds and it’s nice that you can have a rest in front of your villa, that’s what I liked the most. Breakfast is limited in food choices: eggs, rice, vegetables, noodles, toasts and fruits - everyday it is the same, quite boring. There is almost nothing around the hotel, even if you want to buy some water after 23:00 you can’t do it. The nearest hotel is closed, the reception of this hotel is closed too. A walk to the closest shop is 20 minutes by the beach

This may be the best hotel in the island. The location is in a nice part of the beach and you can easily hike to the other beaches. It also has its own pier. Is not at expensive as other resorts but it definitely has all you need. Furthermore stuff is very friendly and helpful. Also the included breakfast is quite good. The room itself is clean, spacious, near the beach and has everything you need. The cleaning is punctual every day and well done. Would recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found that while it has some positive aspects, there is definitely room for improvement. The biggest advantage is its great location, which made it easy to explore the area. The rooms, although quite old, were at least clean and well-maintained. However, the service felt a bit distant and not particularly warm, which made the stay less welcoming than expected. One major downside was that the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. I could hear noise from the beach and neighboring rooms. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, but unfortunately, some of the food was cold when it should have been hot. This was a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay, but with some renovations and improved service, it could be much better.

Very nice place. Quiet and relaxing. Staff very helpful. Nothing bad to say, only good.

Customer service was very good but the amenities is a bit old and water level was very low.

Perfect place to stay for holiday, I will suggest you all to book in this resort , the location is nice nice beach , clear water , and it’s not near noisy area

Stayed here several times and will come back next year again. Amazing stay and if you can get a room at the pier the experience is even better :)!
