페탈리 빌리지 호텔(Petali Village Hotel)

This boutique hotel has it all: lovely sea views, balconies, pool, outstanding breakfast, spacious rooms, a gym, a hot tub, a gathering room and a bar and best of all, a friendly dog named Evie! I was instantly calmed the minute I arrived at this paradise boutique hotel with views all around. The staff is friendly and helpful and I didn’t want to leave.

Our stay was a very relaxing and calm stay exactly what we wanted. The service was great and very welcoming. All in all a lovely stay. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a calm stay in a Mediterranean island. The pool and ping pong tables are lovely as well.

We stayed for 4 nights mid April. We booked a 2 bedroom studio as we are 2 adults and 1 child (tweenie). We chose Hotel Petali for location and having a pool, plus 2 separate bedrooms. We loved the accommodation. 2 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed and one with 2 singles for the boy, an open plan living area with kitchenette and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath with overhead shower. Best of all a roof terrace with comfortable seating. The beds are sooo comfortable we all got so much quality sleep. Our rooms were very close to the pool and the hot tub. Given it was so early in the season we were very appreciative of the pool being heated (and open for use). Given we are from cold climes it was warm for us! Breakfast had everything expected per the website and they looked after us very well, so much so my hot chocolate isn't good enough for the boy any more! The location is up on the hill above Apollonia so needs a level of mobility for walking in and out of town. Though there is a steep winding road and a carpark if you rent a car. It was fun walking the lanes with the cats at night after dinner. From the transfers in and out of the port and everything in between was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the hotel for a peaceful, restful break.

We very much enjoyed our recent stay. The breakfasts overlooking Apollonia were wonderful and we enjoyed being just minutes away from walking into Apollonia for a casual wander and for some excellent meals. You are also just a short walk away from Artemonas and a short drive to Kastro. Great location. We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations from Zisis. We would certainly return.

Georgios and his family and team made us thoroughly welcome st this delightful hotel. We had to wait 2 years, thanks to Covid but it was well worthwhile. Our room was lovely and clean, with a balcony and view across to Paxos and other islands. The pool is big enough for a refreshing swim and surrounded by comfortable loungers, chairs and tables. Breakfast is served on a terrace with a breathtaking view. Especial thanks to Bellos Zisis, who took great care of us throughout our stay. We have been to many Greek islands and Sifnos is one of the very best. Great, little sandy beaches and pretty towns and villages. There are some great restaurants and tavernas. Some traditional but many with a delicious modern twist. Some of the best food we have enjoyed in Greece. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Petali Village. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. They helped organize a wonderful private tour of the island for us, in addition to transportation to the ferry. A great breakfast too!

We have stayed at the Petali many times and view it as our home from home. Situated overlooking the little capital Apollonia, the views are quite spectacular and yet close to all amenities, cafes and restaurants. All rooms and suites have their own balcony or terrace to sit and relax and look across the valley. A lovely pool on the terrace and the beaches are not too far away by bus, taxi or hire car. The Petali’s owner, George, runs this hotel with a lot of love and charm and his staff can’t do enough. We will keep coming back, that’s for sure.

Less like staying at a hotel, more like staying with friends in their stunning village setting. Laid back, relaxing and friendly in a brilliant location with amazing views. The small pool is the focal point and somewhere to cool off. Service is low key which adds to the relaxing atmosphere - although lunch is available and drinks before heading out for dinner. A healthy breakfast was an excellent start to the days - and you could order fresh eggs if you wanted. Great jacuzzi too! We had two rooms - both simply furnished in a Greek island style, kept spotlessly clean. Sifnos is an amazing island and this is the place I would stay on a repeat visit. Loved it.

Nice place but mediocre rooms unrelated to the promise of the web site: We booked 2 adjacent rooms for 4 nights with our children with a countryside and sea view. Finally, we had non-adjacent rooms, no sea view and one with a view of a parking lot. Poor quality service with the inability to change rooms despite the 8 nights booked. In short , poor value for money....... Pity !
