Living room has newer couch and loveseat, a built in stereo, and His & Hers recliners beside the large picture window allowing stunning views of the property and beach day & night. There are 2 AC/heat units with separate thermostats allowing you to set your temperature as you like. There is also a utility room for storage and small work projects. This unit has it all, -location, multiple views and amenities galore!
