Las zonas comunes, escalera y demás están sucias y descuidadas, hay muchas telarañas en la ventana de la escalera y en general da sensación de dejadez. La habitación triple que nos tocó tenía pelos negros pegados a la nevera y triple capa de polvo en la mesa donde estaba la TV, que no sintonizaba los canales y tuvimos que avisar dos veces para que lo arreglaran. Nunca había nadie en recepción, siempre nos tocó andar buscando al personal. El desayuno muy pobre. Lo único bueno la piscina y eso que tienen un problema de avispas.

This lovely Spanish local hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. We stayed 4 days whilst touring and walking locally. The family owners speak only Spanish, but as previous reviewers, we just all muddled through. The hotel is kept beautifully clean, food is freshly prepared and excellent. The small town is so peaceful, with easy access to well-signposted walks. We didn’t want to leave.

I stayed here for one night as a base to visit Sad Hill. The hotel is very picturesque, clearly well maintained, cleanly and the room I had was perfectly adequate with a good sized bathroom, comfortable bed and TV. I used the free parking 5 minutes away as opposed to paying the on site fee. There is a bar and restaurant on site and a small shop for provisions. The hotel is very central and some good walking around the historic area can be had. Note, English is not spoken at this hotel but I managed to muddle through with my very broken Spanish and the use of Google translate. If I was in the area I would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed our three night stay in this very well run family hotel. Everyone was very friendly, even though we don't speak much Spanish, and they really wanted to make our stay pleasant. The food in the dining room was home-style cooking, freshly prepared and very tasty and the breakfast was the best value we have seen for a long time. There is good undercover parking in a garage which keeps cars cool. We thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The room itself was spacious but because we had a street level room, we had to keep the curtains closet to have a sense of privacy, so that gave to room a claustrophobic feel. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. Breakfast was well stocked and varied.

When you drive in , you essentially have to back out into the main street because it is almost impossible to drive out the other direction. Even the hotel employee told me not to try. You have to pay 7.70 euros to gain access to the underground parking, You have to drive extremely slow and careful as the driveway is very narrow. My room is very small. I used the second bed to place my suitcase and carry on. I have no other space. If you want breakfast, you have to pay 5 euros. I was very lucky to check in when I did. Later on in the afternoon, I noticed the receptionist was gone. It was siesta time. You will be dead in the water until the guy shows up It took awhile for the hot water to show up. I thought I was going to have a lukewarm shower but eventually it got hot. The AC works great and it is quiet. The dinner/service within the hotel ******. The food was edible and almost tasteless. The server was fairly rude but I guess that is normal in Spain.

La verdad que el hotel es encantador, limpio, las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno muy rico y variado. La piscina perfecta. Hemos estado dos noches y hemos estado muy bien. No hemos podido visitar nada del pueblo o alrededores, ya que veníamos para el mundial de baile de Burgos. Pero lo que vimos en coche nos pareció digno de visitar. Queda anotado para otra ocasión.

Jamas llegamos a ir y ni intentaremos ir nunca mas, llamamos para canjear un Bono de Experiencia, no pudimos asistir a la reserva y llamamos para cancelarla. La persona que nos atendió dijo que no pasaba nada. A nuestra sorpresa cuando quisimos usar el bono en otro sitio a los 2 meses, vimos que ya estaba canjeado. No se nos avisó de que lo perderíamos y no se nos dió ninguna opción de cambio de fecha. Para colmo, no cumplen la política de protección de datos, puesto que graban las llamadas sin previo aviso y luego las mandan por mensaje. nosotros no dimos ninguna autorizacion de que se nos grabara la conversacion.
