由惜日的修道院改建的莊園酒店，房間古樸幽雅，衞生間夠大。自帶停車場。帶餐廳味道不錯。園子很大，可以在裏面發呆。

Hard to find words that do justice to this extraordinary retreat, its caring and professional staff, beautiful grounds and remarkable restaurant. Our stay was flawless. If you are seeking a true Italian experience well located for many day trips in the area, this place is it.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this cool hotel in Siena, Tuscany, and it was awesome! The people working there were super nice and made us feel at home. The food was really, really good – like, seriously tasty. The whole place had a cozy vibe, and being in Siena was like stepping into a fairy tale. We loved it so much and can't wait to go back. Totally recommend it!

When you go to Italy you go for the culture, the food, the beauty, and the experience. This hotel gives you all of these in spades. It is set on a magnificent property that seems to go forever. The staff is superb. We have traveled the world, and Michelle is one of the best concierge we have ever met. She is multitasking in a way not humanly possible and supports each task with politeness and thoroughness. The owners are so lucky to have her. Giovanni is a great chef. We took a cooking class with him and learned so much. It was fun and educational and eating our creations was so satisfying. We had the tasting menu one night, and it was phenomenal. The staff along with Agatha’s help made you feel special. And Gabriel is a fantastic bartender. Everyone else smiled and was helpful and wanted us to enjoy our stay. We did for sure. I do not know if we will make it back to this part of Italy again. But if we do, there is no doubt we will stay here again.

Fabulous Hotel with great quality service. Concierge in particular gave us great restaurant and touring suggestions, and booked for us. Even arranged bike rental and route guide for 35km ride through the Tuscan hillside. Would highly recommend staying here if n the area for 3-4 days.

Four time staying there at this charming unique hotel over the past 15 years. The staff were all so friendly & attentive. Especially, Michelle the manager. She went of her way to accommodate are needs. The restaurant was amazing & food so delicious. We stayed there April 10th-13th. The hotel is in such a great location too. We highly recommend staying there. Wish we were still there!!!

Hotel Certosa De Maggiano is a great hotel. Beautiful grounds and a very nice pool. The building used to be a monastery. They also have a church where you can watch the mass on Sundays. The staff is very nice, friendly and attentive. It’s a place to stay at least 4 days. If possible rent a car and drive in the beautiful country side. The hotel has parking which is a plus. They also have a nice restaurant. The hotel is only 2km of the city. You won’t regret staying there.

What an incredible experience! This hotel is very special - drop dead gorgeous architecture, thoughtful & artistic decor throughout, beautiful grounds. The suite was large enough for our family of four, and the views out to the vineyard & surrounding towns was breathtaking. The staff are incredible, the restaurant is high end and the breakfast is just fabulous. A very unique and luxurious experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We booked 4 months in advance and prepaid for a deluxe room; their website says, "The ample space overlooking gardens and olive groves perfectly combine comfort and design with a beautiful landscape" - we got a room above the street (the cars passed UNDER the room), and the other side was the "view" on the parking lot and the electricity distributor. After we complained, they said the hotel was full, and we were offered that we could switch to the room next door the next day. But the room next door did not really have a better view (street and wall), which we could judge from the outside. We also realized very quickly this hotel was anything but a 4-star hotel: - Room was DIRTY: dusty, the shower had stains, dead insects hanging on walls, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, and even worse, brown stains on towels and bed sheets. - Paint was peeling off walls, furniture very outdated, TV was hanging crooked on the wall. - Rotten fruits on the table. - Pool was not cleaned (full of dead insects!) with yellow stains; just gross. - We asked at the time of booking for a second duvet (which was confirmed) - it was missing, so I asked again; they just put the blank duvet without the cover, with BLOOD STAINS, on the bed. - Super unfriendly. When we asked them to call us a taxi that night (after we made our complaint), all we got back was a very snippy: Oh, it's YOU again! We stayed for the night as it was too late to get another hotel, but it was a horrible experience and nearly ruined our Tuscany trip. We asked for a refund for the other 3 nights straight away, but they refused and gave us not even a partial refund (as we didn't eat breakfast or use the facilities.) We now have to take legal action to get our money back since this is clearly fraud (description matches NOT the reality at all). And reading the other reviews now, we are probably not the only one (happens often that someone books a certain room, prepaid, and then doesn't get it!)
