우리는 그들이 '와우' 컬렉션이라고 부르는 것에 머물고 있었습니다. 제가 말할 수 있는 것은 와, 그들이 어떻게 그것을 그렇게 부를 용기가 있었는지입니다! 모든 숙소와 마찬가지로 사진상 객실은 괜찮아 보이지만 가까이서 보면 가구 조각과 벽 덮개가 헐거워져 초라했습니다(사진 참조). 또한 내가 잤던 침대 중 가장 딱딱한 침대도 있었습니다! 또한 호텔에서 본 가장 작은 세면대 중 하나이며 칫솔 등을 둘 곳도 없고 수도꼭지도 심하게 부서졌습니다. 사진에서 멋지게 보이는 수영장은 산업 단지 바로 옆에 있었고 포장 및 화분은 수리가 필요했습니다. 사진을 참조하세요. 매우 친절한 직원(약간 체계적이지는 않지만), 호텔은 어려움을 겪고 투자가 필요한 것 같습니다. 우리는 캄보디아의 다른 호텔에서 이것을 발견했습니다. 코로나19의 영향과 전염병 동안 중국인이 떠나면서 씨엠립과 같은 장소는 거의 비어 있었습니다. 사원이 붐비지 않아 더 나은 전망과 분위기를 제공한다는 점에서 이는 우리에게 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤습니다. 우리는 훨씬 우수한 호텔에 대해 동일한 금액을 지불했기 때문에 전반적으로 가격 대비 가치가 좋지 않았습니다. 부티크 호텔이라고 생각했지만 실제로는 작았습니다!

약간 오래된 호텔, 방에 나이가 표시되어 있지만 직원은 훌륭했습니다. 도착하자마자 즉시 음료수를 제공했습니다.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 아늑하며, 침대는 매우 편안했고, 잘 관리된 아름다운 수영장이 있습니다. 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈으며 모든 여행자들에게 매우 추천합니다. 메뉴에서 음식을 주문할 수도 있고, 아침과 점심 메뉴도 있습니다. 그래도 음식은 맛있다

The room was a good size. Pool was clean. Room was cleaned everyday. Very pro-active by leaving a shoe mat for you to take your shoes off as it is rainy season. Good location. Pool was great! It wasn’t too far from Pub Street and you don’t want to be too close to there. It’s very quiet

I stayed at the Sanctuary Residence on a business trip to attend a conference that was being held at their property. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered a good variety of food. The room was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the rest areas on the property, which included an adult swing. This is a wonderful boutique hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

The staff is very attentive and the service is great. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was delicious. The pool is clean and nice. We also got bathrobes and towels for the pool at the hotel. Because of the hot weather the water in the pool was comfortably warm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We got all the hygienic essentials in the rooms. At the checkout we even got a farewell gift.

Tucked away in a quiet lane way in Siem Reap lies the Sanctuary Residence Hotel. Close to main road into Siem Reap but far enough to maintain a quiet ambience. Great room with all mod cons, king double bed etc. Outdoor pool kept clean but warm water due to climate at this time. Bar offers happy hour after 4pm daily only on cocktails...😢...Tuk tuks base out front for transport to anywhere and everywhere. Staff understand if you speak clearly and slowly, as most only have English as second language....

We held a 10-day conference for 40 people and found these facilities to be absolutely excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. Food was excellent. The meeting room is one of the nicest larger meeting rooms in Siem Reap and is reasonably priced for a package deal which includes the large meeting room, lunch, and two snacks. I highly recommend this hotel for your conference or vacation needs.

Stayed at The Sanctuary Residence Hotel for 14 days whilst attending a training seminar that was held there. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. The room was well provided for, large and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing with areas to chill and a particularly lovely pool that was well maintained. We had full board and were fed really well with local foods. The conference facilities were very good with a large meeting room comfortably fitting over 50 people for workshops. We also used other smaller rooms. We have provisionally re booked the hotel for a future event. Final the location worked really well for us to be able to explore the town. Thank you to all the staff at The Sanctuary Residence Hotel.

Stayed here for two nights and was treated to a lovely experience, the staff were very attentive to all our needs. Enjoyed the refurbished pool area after hot days touring the temples. The location is nice and quiet and a short ride to pub street.

the hotel was very clean and the staff were very attentive whenever we came back there was always a cold towel and cold water for us t the pool was under repair getting ready for the high season so will be fixed soon
