This is a great hotel, ideally situated for the beach and the port but with no noise! Nice comfortable beds, in clean and well maintained rooms. Whilst the hotel may need to refurbished, do not let that put you off, as the quality of the food and the brilliant staff make up for this. I have stopped here for over a month and the food has always be good either for breakfast or dinner. Big shout out to Meg, who has been really helpful and always offering to help. I was recommended to stay here and I am so pleased that I did try the hotel out.

Amazing staff, great dinner service and breakfast. Stayed on business for a few nights, top floor spacious room which was clean and comfortable, short walk to beach, a few pubs near by. Overall great stay and will be back again in the near future!

This is a great hotel, situated within a 2 minute walk to the seafront and it is a quiet hotel to stop at. Whilst this hotel might not have been refurbished like others, the quality of the food and staff make up for this. Having stopped her a few weeks now, the food at breakfast and in the evening is really good. Everything is freshly cooked, tastes great and I have never had a bad meal. The rooms are always well maintained, clean and presentable. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet too, especially if situated at the back of the hotel. All of the staff are helpful, polite and friendly. Hayley and Lottie are always helpful along with being friendly too. You cannot go wrong with this hotel, in my view anyway.

Used to be reliable but clear corners are being cut. Stayed in Felixstowe over the weekend on the first night complained that the mattress was very uncomfortable. Spoke to reception on the first night who provided an extra duvet for padding but I ended up in the kids bed instead. Spoke to them the following morning who said someone will come in and look at the mattress during the day, turn it etc but this simply didn't happen. A second night on the kids bed. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and customer service. Spoke with customer service who said this is their "new" mattress and they are typically a lot harder than their previous ones. (Which is a surprise for saying they are a company who boast about a good nights sleep!). We'll be avoiding Premier Inn in the future I think.

The Hotel was clean and tidy. Receptionist was polite and helpful. Room was spotless & comfortable. Considering the Hotel is near a main road it was very quiet & peaceful. The Car Park had plenty of spaces. You do have to pay before going into Reception. But for guest's it is at a discounted price for 24 hour's. The Hotel is a short walk from the Beach. Plus it is close to many shop's & the Pier.

Present place, Hayley very polite and helpful, shame the beer is expensive but that's normal for chain hotels. Would stay again when working in this area. Short walk from the pier and sea front,.which is nice on a sunny day. .................
