The condition of the hotel is not the same as shown in the pictures on websites of online booking apps. I had a 2 day stay a the hotel Ganpati Palace, Shirdi and the it was the worst hotels, that i have stayed in at Shirdi or for that matter anywhere else. The washrooms are stinky and in horrible condition. Bed sheets have stains on them. Rooms have broken walls, Phone does not work so every time you need to travel in the lift down to the reception. Unprofessional behavior at the reception. The complementary drop to the SAI temple is also a eye wash. Out of 4 times we went to offer prayers at the temple, we could only use the ride once. Other times the person refused to go. Can you believe this?

Best Hotel ever visited I was delighted with welcome drink when i was checking in after that i was served with wet towel the hospitality at this place is at another level i really just all the sai devotees to stay at Hotel Ganpati Palace the staff here at hotel takes care every small thing which make are stat comfortable especially mr.Rohit & Mr Shivraj and the Host at property MS Kirti Ji

I visited the hotel 2 days before with my family it was an great experience the hotel is newly renovated with high class amenities my children really enjoyed the stay the host at hotel mr.Rohit he is an really amazing person with knowledge he helped me with the sai darshan passes he was really very helpful as he was available whole A/C mode was changed by children but this guy was there whenever called on the door such place gives and beautiful memories highly appreciated

The stay in The hotel was comfortable and pleasant. Really liked it. The key feature is restaurant's food quality.. simply superb and at Reception Mr Prashant helped a lot as and when require. As a suggestion, drinking water jug should be there in each room so one can refill it accordingly instead of buying mineral water every time.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.Proximity to temple add more comfort to the visit.Hotel location is prime.Rooms are spacious.Hygeine is taken care.Amenities provided is of super quality.Match with rates the guest service is excellent.Food is delicious.Staff is well behaved and supportive.
