스키를 타고 들어가고 나올 수 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사, 편의점, 스키 장비 매장이 있습니다. 스키를 탄 후에는 온천욕을 즐길 수 있습니다. 스노보드와 스키 장비를 대여하는 것도 매우 편리합니다. 숙박 시 스키 리프트 티켓 할인 혜택도 제공됩니다.

훌륭한 서비스를 제공하는 아름다운 장소. 그러나 음식과 음료 옵션은 제한되어 있습니다.

Ski in ski out hotel with 3 restaurants, swimming pool, onsen, and grocery convenient store. It's traditional. Overall rooms are large and clean.

if you plan to ski at madarao kogen, this is the hotel to stay in. hotel offers good discounts for chair lift tickets. Room are a little old but of decent size and clean. its has a public hotspring bath which also has a small cold pool. We had dinner at the soba / tempura restaurant. food was good and staff v friendly. Breakfast was great w good view. the only compliant is there is only 1 coffee machine and might need to queue up for it.

Nice Ski Trip - we enjoyed our stay even though we need to change our rooms three times for the slip view.

Super convenient, right at ski slope and has all the necessary facilities for skiers. Will defo be back!

Hotel Tangram provides a unforgettable experience with its exotic location next to a ski/snowboard facility, to have supreme services and the thing. I remember most except the skiing part is the onsen, the onsen provides a lovely arrange of tubs various sizes which consume of eg: cold bath tubs indoor warm tubs and an outdoor tub especially if you are lucky there might be snow raining in to the tub and you can witness a special surpirse. overall I believe coming here is a good choice and can guaranteer you a good stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable environment. The shower was excellent, which was particularly important during the winter season. The staff at the check-in counter were extremely helpful and friendly. Although I didn't participate in skiing, I was impressed by the resort's wide range of activities that allowed guests to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Ski in and out resort!

住了4晚，滑3天雪剛好（tangram+madarao). 订了房間包雪票及早晚餐，好抵. 房間大整潔，酒店可泡温泉，ski in ski out. 酒店雪場可滑过班尾高原，也夠玩.自助餐選擇可以， 各方面都非常滿意. 另，可去山頂看野尻湖，嘆咖啡. 贊.

施設はかなり古い建物ですが、比較的清潔にされている方だと感じました。 ただ、部屋の棚、窓枠、テーブル、レンジ、電気ケトル、コップ周辺が指の跡がつくほどの埃が、、。 畳の部屋でしたが、布団も含めて埃っぽかったです。 使うところだけ自分で拭いたところ、立派な埃の塊がたくさん取れました。清掃が入ってから数日経過しているような雰囲気がし、掃除用具を借りて自分で掃除したほうが安心して過ごせたと後悔してます。 スキンケア系のアメニティは浴場のみ、部屋に浴衣がありますが、食事会場は浴衣での利用禁止なので、部屋着を持って行けばよかったです。 スタッフの方の対応も個人差が大きく、何か質問した時に、今回はがっかりすることの方が多かったです。 リフトを利用して上から見た野尻湖などの景色はとてもすばらしかったです。

ペット連れての宿泊でしたが、いたるところでペット連れには配慮の行き届いた心地よさを感じました。欲を言えば、館内のレストランで時間や場所限定でもペット連れての食事が出来るとありがたいなと思いました。ドッグランもその他、芝生が豊富にあるのもありがたかったです。たっぷりお散歩出来て、満足でした。

家族４人でのスキー旅行を楽しく過ごせました。特に良かったのは、予約したスキー用具がロッカーに入れてあり、ロッカールームが混雑することなく、スムーズに準備が出来た事です。不満だったのは、送迎バスの 乗車位置の表示がなく確認のため受付で再度確認したりした、若干バスが遅れて来た事です。

設施有點舊餐廳的一泊兩食可以但基本上食品每天差不多如果多留幾天最好考慮其他用餐方案，服務很好，滑雪就很方便。
