We were a family of nine comprising senior citizens, couples, teenagers, and young kids. We booked three Premier rooms. It was a short stay of 3 nights, and we traveled from Gurgaon. *The good*: - Very approachable location, with little traffic to the resort, opposite Kufri Adventure Park. - Ample parking, decent-sized rooms. - Free Activities for Kids (Carrom, Chess, Jenga, Mini Rebounder Trampoline) - Paid activities (VR and PS4 games) - Rooms were well cleaned, and the quality of towels was good - Bisleri bottles were provided on request - Decent prized *The bad*: - There is no green area (it's not a resort but a hotel), so kids will stick around you. - Limited evening activities (Karaoke and Tambola) - A small roof with Sewer outlet pipes (won't be able to stand there for more than 10 mins) - Limited buffet options (they won't entertain special requests, might be asked for a self-service when requested for the food on the table), limited staff in the restaurant (appeared stressed most of the time, running around constantly), Not impressed with the hygiene either (dirty floor, table mats, bowls had traces of dirt) - No swimming pool; they have a Jacozi; however, the area is covered with a glass roof, which gets very heated. It might be good in winter but not in summer. *Tips*: - Rooms do not have balconies; please ask ahead of time for rooms with a clear valley view (only a limited number of rooms have a valley view). Ours was a room with a limited view of the Valley, with a window facing towards the road and a glimpse of the valley. The windows are decent-sized. - Speak with the manager to request car cleaning; don't forget to tip the cleaner. - Roof can be booked on a chargeable basis for private parties; advised not to do so. - Don't be blinded by the list of activities available on their official website; ensure to speak with the resort people for the available activities/charges before booking this property. River rafting or trekking is arranged on a paid basis. It requires you to travel to different locations. - They start by selling Premier rooms first, and when the premier rooms are filled, they open up the classic rooms. At least my observation is that when I booked, only the maximum rooms were available, and when I checked just before travel, the classic rooms were available on their portal. Didn't check/try: - They have paid facilities for a Spa, Sauna, and Steam bath. - I don't know if the use of Jacozi was paid. - Badminton court, Archery *Our itinerary included:* Day 1 - Arrival and relax at the resort. Day 2 - Visited Adventure resorts Kufri for rides and games. Spent the whole day there. It wasn't overcrowded. Day 3 - Visited Tattapani for water sports. We missed the river rafting. Be sure to book river rafting well in advance and find the location where it starts. The road to Tattapani is narrow; we observed forest fires and slight land/rock slides from the mountains. Start early and return in daylight, as it may get
