Wonderful experience... Very cooperative staff. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Hotel owner is very friendly and supportive in any way possible. Breakfast spread is very good. Food prices are little higher. Parking only for 6 to 7 cars, rest they help you to park on road which is safe 👍🏻

White Pearl Hotel is one of the best hotel in Chail. I stayed in the hotel last week with my friends for 3 days. I liked the room, services and food. Staff is also very helpful. It is near to all main attractions of chail. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff team is good especially ***ager Rajan. I called them few times for services and they responded instantly. I visited chail main market which is hardly 4 km from the hotel .Chail palace is also near to the hotel. Stone kumbh temple is at walking distance. One small market is also there at 100 mtr distance from the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

White Pearl hotel is one of the best Hotel in Chail. I visited there yesterday and i liked this hotel a lot. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food quality is amazing and staff behaviors is also fine. I visited this hotel for the first time but staff's behavior made me feel like family. I would soon plan the visit again with my friends and family members.

Awesome experience here..! Friendly staff very decent and very welcoming and well ***nered..! All the rooms have great view, location is perfect if you want to stay in Chail. Food is amazing. Over all got more than expected.

Nice family suite experience. 5th floor has decent view. Hospitality and service are of decent levels. Property staff is courteous and cooperative. Should opt for 5th floor room in place of 4th floor in case opting for family suite have two bedrooms

Location n entrence are marvelous Very peacef6ul n shine much far away from the hectic crowd of Typical Shimla crowd rooms are good more then my expectation n tarif plan are easy to approach finaly
