Nice Hotel with pleasant staff and good food.

All over experience is very good room was clean,staff is very copperative and food is also good we also add breakfast and dinner that was also fabulous the taste of the food is very good and Need to modify their washrooms they are very old school type

It was my first visit in shimla and i choose larisa for my stay and i would defiantly say this that larisa didn't disappointed me In every point they were there for help assist and everything I would definitely come back here with my friends also

Really nice staff breakfast options are good meena,priya, priya thakur these girls made everyone happy and they are humble and very helpful nature, rooms are normal and washroom need to modify for shower area and looking foreword see more international options in buffee menu Thank you

The Hotel Larisa, Shimla, Only the high light of the hotel is the service and hospitality of the staff in the restaurant which is excellent. The chef made south Indian Dishes including Idlies, Dosa, Upma,Pongal vada and puries daily which are great taste. We enjoyed excellent Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for all the 4 Days.The reception staff are OK. As regards the accommodation, only few rooms are good and many rooms are old and no good as there is no ventilation and no ambience and in darkness. We have stayed in this hotel during border tension period of war. Due to war situation we have cancelled one room as one coupl affraid of the war situation. The managment has charged full amount of the cancelled room also and no consideration of the war situation.Even the airlines has refunded the air fare in full. It indicates their level of hospitality of the management. You have to be little careful about cancellation Policy. Overall we can say it is not standard of the 4 star.

Visited in June with Family. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We called them for the location help and they supported us very well. The reception staff was very good. The location is very good. Just be careful of the steep at the entrance to the hotel as the vehicle may have to have an experienced driver to climb that last part. Rooms are ok and service staff is excellent. Food is good as well, just the service at the restaurant may get delayed as the coordination between the kitchen and restaurant staff is slow. We had to wait for the fresh rotis. Kids play Area was not at all ready for kids and was gloomy and dark. It looked like it's the neglected part of this hotel. Overall it was nice experience to stay there.
