Very good hotel. I will visit again. The food is very good and they have car parking also. Hotel is near shopping area mall road staff is very polite and helpful. Room's are very clean and also the toilets

Hotel facility is excellent and it is in good location . The staff members are very humble and kind towards the guest and the ***ager attend us very politely and they are very co ordinating too. There is an ample parking . The food was very tasty and there is 20% discount in restaurant and all the items are in budget . I will visit here again.

Hotel is really good I have booked room royal category view from room was really awesome nd hotel is walkable distance from Mall road.. food was really awesome specially non.veg..staff behaviour was soo friendly.. they also provide cab for side sence that was really good experience...I personally recommend this hotel for stay with family you will get best service in Shimla...

Few bunch of jokers are spreading negative and derogatory remarks against Brightland for their vested interests. I am a regular guest of Brightland staying with them from past 10 years. My son is studying in boarding school in Shimla. The hotel is very neat and clean, all staff and owners are very good. Excellent homely food is available. Hotel is near Mall with car parking facility. It is the best from the rest as per my experience. I highly recommend Brightland to all travellers.

Pathetic Experience I would never recommend such property and definitely would not visit again where a very rude staff exists and guests are not welcome at all. Food is not good and cleanliness was also the issue. when asked to change the dirty bedsheet, then also the staff was not supportive at all. All blankets were stinking and the room was full of dampness with smell. Very congested and rude people at the property. They spoil even your holiday mood by not supporting you in any way. Also please notice that instead of focussing on improvement, the hotel responds in so aggressive way & impolite ***ner after you put up any negetive review, that it shows their professionalism and sincerity to uphold the standards of the hotel industry.

Awesome place to visit, i recommended this hotel to all my friends, excellent ambiance, well professional staff, healthy, tasty and hygienic food. I have recently visited this place and got services beyond my expectations.
