Very courteous, ambience good, food good, overall a very good experience. And all give thank to the staff for providing excellent service and we had a lot of fun thanks to Dawanki and Hanika for such a excellent service and they manage so well with everything....

I came to Hotel Heiga for our summer vacation with family, the ambience is quite good, cool and calm,wash room clean,Food are very delicious ,service very fast, children friendly staff, nit and clean. Special care from Gedeion and Kongka,

Good atmosphere. Parking space is available. Taken care of my vehicle. Neat and clean. Very good food. Courteous staff. Only problem faced is the loud music played at night in the 4th floor, felt disturbed. Otherwise quiet. Central AC working well. No view whatsoever from our window. Food stalls outside are also available.

I recently stayed at hotel heiga and had a positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Front desk lavanya is an amazing lady who made our check out process smooth and fast. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to key attractions. Hotel restaurant food also good and up to the mark.

We recently stayed at Hotel Heiga and had an outstanding experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with clean & comfortable rooms and the food was really delicious also the quantity they provide is too huge. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, especially from Lavanya Hajong, who was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive at the Reception. Overall, the dedication and professionalism of the hotel team made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional hospitality.
